  Hidden gem in Portrush. Hospitality first class, so comfy and relaxing. Great having fridge in your room to chill your wine. Syds eggs would win any cookery competition! Jade provides excellent service at breakfast.no hesitation in awarding 5 stars!

The best ever

A hidden gem with a lovely atmosphere and all rooms are full of character.  Beautiful plants everywhere makes this  gorgeous old house so welcoming and relaxing.  My husband and I are just back from a lovely weekend and the place was so quiet we thought there were no other guests but at breakfast all tables were full.  The cooked breakfast was amazing and one of the best we ever had.  Nothing was too much bother and Jade was chatty and welcoming so the whole experience was wonderful.  Thank you Syd, Dawn and your team as definitely will book again.  So handy to Portrush but a true oasis.  Robert and Linda

A real oasis and escape to the coast

This B&B was close to where we were needing to be, a few minutes walk from the Harbour and eating places.  The room had everything you would expect in a room and a bit more, the little things make the stay better.  The breakfast had the choice of what you wanted and catered for all quests, the breakfast server was friendly and has good customer service.  The thing that was not expected in the accommodation and first time we have experienced was a lift as there were two levels.  Would certainly aim to stay again

Averest is a gem of a b&b stayed here loads of times rooms clean lovely big soft beds definitely a place to stay breakfast is absolutely delicious always a friendly welcome from Dawn her husband and jade 

Amazing wee b&b

I recently stayed here for a few nights. Have stayed here in the past. You are made very welcome by Dawn Syd & Jade. Always very clean, comfy beds & fluffy pillows. Good breakfast selection served by Jade. Friendly, brilliant location 

Relaxing and friendly 

A lovely B and B. Room 9 is superb. Has a wee fridge which makes up for no sea view. Superb breakfast. Staff so friendly. Good location. Easy parking. Well worth a visit!!! Just round the corner from Harbour Bar and Ramires Wine Bar. Rooms so clean. Everything supplied even down to new toothbrush and toothpaste. We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed!!!

Our trip to Portrush

Beautiful place to stay. Such attention to detail. Staff are all so friendly and went out of their way to help. Stayed in the suite on the top floor with a huge room and amazing views of the beach and harbour. Great choice of food at breakfast and all well cooked. Can’t wait to go back again and stay.

Beautiful stay

Me and my partner had the best weekend staying here. Such a beautiful place great value for your money. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so pleasant especially the woman serving our breakfast each morning super friendly and full of banter and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one to remember. I will 100% be returning.

Fantastic stay

Good location, Dawn,Syd,Jade excellent hosts. Attention to detail amazing,even complimentary ear plugs!  Breakfast would match 5star hotel, don’t stay here if you are on a diet! Can’t wait to return.  Lovely having a fridge in your room to keep your in-house tipples in! Cheers

First class hospitality

Highly recommended. A  superb  location. Breakfast and staff superb. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quaint dwelling!! A really enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!!! Excellent value for money. Amazing shower. Excellent items  left in bathroom.
