Gina served us at reception and was very friendly. The room was pretty standard for premier inn. It’s very convenient for the airport and close to the station. Apparently I have to write 200 minimum characters for this, not much else to say. Mainly wanted to leave nice feedback about the receptionist.

Usual premier inn expierence.

We stayed 2 night as we needed to be central for a couple of trips we needed to make over the weekend. When we arrived, we were checked in by Bronwyn, who was above helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. My daughter has disabilities (not easily noticeable) and Bronwyn went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and pleasurable as she could. In fact all interactions with all staff was very friendly and helpful. 
The hotel was very clean throughout. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking with disabled bays.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic hotel all round for the price

Arrived at premier Inn Luton to find that our room was freezing, the heater provided in the room took at least 2-3 hours to warm up the room, my 2 year old was cold, room was full of dust webs and dirt and to top it off the wifi didnt work, will not be back

Dirty and Boken Hotel

The room was a standard premier inn, always dependable. It was comfortable,  had extra pillows and was clean and I would happily stay in a premier inn anytime. 

Unfortunately the floor above the hotel is noisy throughout the night ( I suspect it isn't part of the hotel ) it's weird - you can clearly hear footsteps walking, running, even the moving of boxes & furniture it seemed but no voices, TV, etc.
It got quite annoying, I wouldn't say enough to stop us sleeping but definitely to disturb your stay a little. External noise was minimal.

There was a retail park with supermarket, mcdonalds and various shops just across the road.

Price was good, easy 9 minute walk along well lit, paved, busy road from DART Station but to be honest it cost a family of 5 (3adults) £19.90 on the train plus walk whilst taxi (booked in premier inn reception) cost £21.

Tip: if you have to leave before breakfast/on a budget buy croissants from the bakery in Aldi. Tea & coffee in the room. We also bought the pre prepared hot chocolate cups in b&m for the kids.

Comfortable but noisy ish Premier Inn

As we had a very early flight from Luton airport we decided to come up the night before so we could get some half decent sleep. The room was a good size and very clean and a comfortable bed and the room price was competitive 

Perfect location for Luton Airport

We stayed here the night before a flight and it was very enjoyable. There’s a beefeater restaurant next door for somewhere to eat and a retail park opposite if you want a walk about. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are flying from Luton because it’s only a 5 minute drive to the terminal and car parks

Great location

Room wasn’t clean, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and smelled of smoke. The room we were given (room 122) was directly out of the stairwell through one door rather than two so we were disturbed all night by people talking, walking through and doors slamming shut. I think this room is not suitable for guests at all considering your guaranteed good nights sleep. At 4.45 am someone tried to get into our room, they clearly went downstairs to get a key and the member of staff clearly didn’t check their name against the room on the hotel computer system before issuing them a key for our door. 10 minutes later a member of staff let themselves into our room without knocking. They then yelled into the room asking whether the person was part of our room, to which we replied no, then they just shut the door and continued to talk to this person directly outside of our room. We received no apology from the member of staff and we weren’t able to get much sleep from this point due to paranoia that someone else would walk into our room.

In the morning we went across to the beefeater as we had pre paid for the breakfast, as I have had many pleasant experiences of premier inn breakfasts before this stay. When we got there, there was not many people in the restaurant and the hot food on offer was far from appetising. Frankly, the fried eggs and bacon looked disgusting, the beans had a skin on top and the scrambled egg was practically solid and all of it was cold.

Additionally to this already terrible stay, I left some belongings in my room when we left to get our flight. I had attempted to call the hotel at least three times before our arrival to ask some questions and didn’t get through so I had to call the headquarter number to ask questions, and the person I spoke to there was very helpful and friendly, so I knew there was a high likelihood that we would have to try a couple of times before we got through. But when I called to ask about my lost property the next day there was still no answer, we called at the very least 15 times from different numbers and over different times during the day and there was no response. I eventually acquired an email address from the person I spoke to at HQ when I complained to get my money back after our terrible nights stay. They had to give me the email as they had also tried on several numbers to contact the hotel and also had no luck. Overall premier inn headquarters seem to be lovely and helpful people to speak to but the staff you deal with in the hotel are far from it.

Guaranteed a terrible nights sleep at Luton Airport Premier Inn

I have stayed at this hotel several times, check in staff are professional and welcoming every time! Location is great for Luton airport and airport parkway, trains into London very frequent from parkway. There’s a large pub on premises, large car park and a retail park across the rd plus a new Aldi supermarket, and a McDonalds  and a Starbucks . I’ve always found it to be clean and it is not noisy despite its proximity to the airport. I’ll be back next week

Everything spot on from check in to check out. Thank you to Matt for the warm welcome and great customer service. Very clean room and comfortable bed, no noise like in some premier inns . Restaurant next door does good food with decent prices sometimes a bit busy.

Great business visit

The usual comfy Premier Inn bed, nice and quiet and luckily you can just about open the window to let some air in as the aircon looks decades old and doesn’t do absolutely anything. Dirty marks on the toilet paper holder, previous customer’s tea bag in the sink, bath panel patched up, the bathroom particularly looked old and not clean.
