Front off house staff was miserable.
Both room towels had hairs on them.
The bathroom was ill maintained, and the cleanliness of the rooms were very poor.

Extremely disappointing, Never again.

Was clean room, plenty of parking, if you put your number in the tablet was free. Pity i didn't sleep due to the closeness of the road. 

Cheap nights stay

After reading some reviews was a little bit worried but we didn't have any problems. It was quiet and hotel was clean

Good stay

Being away from family and home is difficult but the two reception ladies were outstanding, they made me feel welcome and comfortable and went above and beyond. 

Two reception ladies are great

The bed was comfortable. The location was terrible. Literally in the middle of nowhere. The reception lock the doors to the hotel at night and if they are not at the front desk when you arrive, and you don't have any minutes in your phone to call the number at the door, you are stuck waiting outside for them. The hot water is tepid at best. The roof and walls have damp stains. The bathroom dustbin was completely unusable. The guest upstairs kept pounding on my head as they walked around all night (even though this is a general problem in many parts of England). No USB charging points. The TV worked well though and the bathroom, bedroom and towels were clean. 

Very old Travelodge and it shows.

The asistance from the staff was incredible and they made me feel so welcome, like back home. They answered all my questions and even explaimed how to get to london center easily giving me good advice. I loved my stay!

I had a great time! Excellent service

Very friendly staff really made the visit! Was exactly what you'd expect from a Travelodge otherwise...good value. Enjoyed the quiet room, and everything was nice and clean. Receptionist and hotel manager, both lovely and very helpful.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and good for the Purpose. Very accessible location and also close to the shops. Easy transport to Heathrow.  Very accommodating staff and also helped with transportation.  Certainly would recommend.

Excellent service, really helpful staff Must visit this hotel as they provide excellent customer service. 

Rooms are spacious however the hotel is a little rundown but I believe they are having work done next week 

Great place to stay if you're visiting London as you can get a train as the train station is only 10 minutes away.

Good experience staff is very friendly,I feel very happy to visit here I also share this place to my friends and ask them to visit here and enjoy their day. The all items like bed sheets almers are clean and set up properly and every single items clean I really like it
