We stayed for a night.A cosy hotel and in good condition. A great spot to explore Llandudno and right near the Tram to go up the orme. Only parking for 4 cars so have to try park on the roadside which can be a bit of a nightmare, especially when it's weekend.
But the rooms were priced well. Breakfast was nice. Lovely friendly staff too. Would recommend

Friendly and cosy

I recently went there with my school for a school trip (it took us a while: we had to get into the coach at 5am and drive to Dublin port then get the ferry over to Holyhead and finally drive to Llandudno!) so we were glad to be greeted with very nice staff and a comfy bed to rest are tired heads! The food was delicious and in walking distance from the pier. I was jealous that some of my friends got the best view in the house, but of course Llandudno is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen so I got to experience it one way or another! Best hotel I’ve been to in a while!

Great place for school trip 

Cosy hotel. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Our dog was made very welcome. Nice spacious room. Comfy bed. Lovely garden with plenty of seating. Quiet place but not too far to walk to the  many attractions Llandudno has to offer. Would recommend for short stay or weekend break. 

Great pet friendly hotel

This hotel was reasonably priced, full of lovely staff and had helpful owners. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as were the staff and it was in a great location. It was close to two beaches which was good. The shops were in walking distance also and the rooms were nice. The food was excellent. However the living room and bedroom wallpaper was in need of updating.

Loved it!

Just had a lovely 2 night stay in Llandudno. A family gathering of 12 people with kids and dogs, it was going to be difficult to find a place that would work but from start to finish Glenn and Nerys helped to accommodate us and give us a great base to gather all together. All our rooms were next to each on the first floor, and we could relax and play games in the large lounge and bar area. They were even thoughtful enough to ask what our preferred drinks were to make sure the bar was stocked up so we could chat, drink, laugh, sleep and eat breakfast all together which was perfect. The rooms are as they appear on the website. Amazing views to the front of the hotel and lovely gardens. Nice touches with water and bathroom toiletries. You have to appreciate how old the hotel is with its Victorian charm and quirks. If you prefer modern and sleek then this is probably not for you. You will miss out on the hotel's amazing location, I can't think of a better location in Llandudno and the parking is a big bonus. The hotel was so handy to all the main attractions and nice that it was also close to the quieter attractions like West Beach and Haulfre Gardens. You would also miss out on the hospitality of the owners who try to make your stay as relaxed as possible. The price seems very reasonable for the resort and breakfast was very nice. Lively breakfast room.
