We stayed here for 2 nights the couple who run it are really nice . The bed was comfortable the breakfast delivered to your room was nice no need to rush down in the morning. The guest house is located near the centre and not far from the sea front. Thanks once  again for a wonderful stay i would recommend staying here if visiting Llandudno.

Lovely welcoming hosts, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast in the room was perfect with the separate area to dine and relax, and very tasty with lots of choice. Well situated for all the local attractions and we would definitely return.

Only downside bathroom was a little on the small size 🥺

Quiet Friendly Accommodation

My partner and I stayed at Morelea for a Bank Holiday break, I had to ring a couple of times beforehand to ask a couple of questions but the the lady that runs the place with her partner could not have been more helpful. When we got there the room was ready and spotless. Breakfast is served in your room on  a tray and to just sit and eat it at the little table and chairs with no rush was perfect for us. The food was cooked beautifully and was piping hot. The guesthouse itself was in a good location with with a lovely bathroom and a big comfy bed and  just a short walk from a few good pubs with music ( the fat cat is
 fantastic) and a short walk from the great orme. All in all a very positive experience.

The initial reception could have been a little welcoming, instead the first words were 'who were we', and then the next words were 'payment is on arrival' and we were kind of marched to where the payment machine was, and then the hosts concern was that we hadn't parked our car as expected, and there was almost an insistence to move it immediately, even before we had a chance to get our bearings after an arduous four hour dive. Everything seemed very regimented, the lady of the house gave an air of matter-of-fact, and was very inquisitory when my wife requested some extra milk sachets (after we had had used what was in the room), she made a facial gesture, indicating that it seemed to her as an unusual request, (my wife felt quite perturbed by the response), the gentleman was a little more friendlier. In our 30 years of travelling, most hosts offer to help you orient to the surrounding and ask if we needed any help with local amenities and / or local visitor information, it almost felt as if the hosts were wanting the least amount of interaction with the guests. Our suite was well below expectation and did not match the rating in Booking.com, it was quite substandard, very dusty, looks like it has months and months of dust on most surfaces, the very small bathroom is even more substandard, very difficult to even dry yourself after stepping out of the very small shower cubicle, The pull cords in the shower room are thread-bare, and very dirty, the small mirror shelf is held in by rusty screws, the towel rail is likely to fall off at some point soon. The paint on the architraves and the skirting boards has turned quite off-white (yellowing), there are many stains and dirt on the skirting boards, as well as the carpet. From our experience, the poor standard of the accommodation reflects the lack of warmth and welcome of the hosts.

Avoid, Unclean - Not of expected quality - Substandard Room - Terrible

Stayed for 2 nights in room 4. Hosts Paul and Debbie were very friendly . Our room was perfect for our stay with comfy bed and the breakfast  we had delivered to our room was superb.. We will definitely  return here again when visiting  Llandudno.

Excellent stay

I am over from Australia visiting my Aunt & stayed here for 4 night's. Awsum location, very Central, walk everywhere, comfy bed's & pillow's, great friendly Host's & Best Breaky eva, delivered to your door.

Awsum place to stay😃

Stayed here for two nights.Lovely clean guest house in fab location.Very clean rooms with excellent breakfast delivered to your door .What more could you ask for.We will be back. Superb location a few hundred metres away from centre.Extremely quiet area.

Lovely guest house

Quiet location, peaceful, lovely hosts, impeccably clean Guest House and room, cosy, very comfortable bed, lovely decor, delicious breakfast brought to your room at your preferred choice of time, 3 minute walk from beach, close to all amenities and many restaurants.

Wonderful Guest House!

Dissappointed with stay. Little/No contact with hosts. Breakfast delivered to room daily.  Good quality food. 
Bathroom no really good enough. So small. Shower unit raised and extremely slippy. Tight squeeze.
Bed very comfortable though and very quiet in area of B and B. No guest lounge. Very inpersonal all communication done with forms left on a white plate in the hallway.
