We always stay here when we visit family in Liverpool except for one time 
when we went to a Travel Lodge which I assumed would be similar to Premier Inn but it was so much worse. The staff at the Premier Inn Roby are nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good value for money.

Great value hotel

I stayed in this hotel several months ago as my dad was in Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. I was travelling alone and was in the hospital during the day. I booked this hotel as it had a restaurant so I could get breakfast and dinner without leaving hotel. I arrived in the evening to be told there was a burst pipe in the restaurant so it would be closed the whole time I was there! No breakfast or dinner!
Also had broken toilet so it was constantly running. Spoke to reception and emailed guest relations. Finally after months got a refund! Just looked on this site to see another burst pipe in restaurant in Dec? How many burst pipes does this hotel have? Months apart?

Staff were lovely from the minute we arrived, had a nice chat after the football (Liverpool v West Ham) shame about the result. Beds soft and comfortable, shower was great and room in general was nice

I have stayed in Premier Inns for years and this one was better than expected. the staff were very good and friendly and attended to our needs. They made you very welcome.
the food is decent especially the nachos starter and the gammon main.
I would definitely stay again.

Better than expected

Arrived with numerous cases and was met at reception by Joshua who could have done any more for us. He Looked at all  our luggage when we asked for a large room to accommodate us an he found us a suitable room..He also helped us with the luggage up to the second floor..he offered to help all the way to our room  but we declined as we didnt want him to leave the reception unattended..all staff were excellent..the only issue we had was a technical issue when our door would not open after we had been downstairs for a meal and an engineer was called..this led to us going into town on a freezing night with no coat for my wife.

Amazing staff, very comfortable room for 1 adult and 3 teens and great location. Thank you to everyone at the Premier Inn Roby. All the staff were very helpful especially Stephanie & Housekeeping. We also had the breakfast which was delicious and great service from Bev and the restaurant manager. My family and I had the best time. 

A great hotel for families, we will be back!

We stayed here on x3 occasions to visit Liverpool City. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We was served by Courtney for our meals she is so friendly. The staff are a credit to this hotel.
It is clean quiet and a great location

What a lovely hotel just minutes from Liverpool city center - 11 minute train journey to Lime St. Food is also great, although service can be a bit long. Masses of free parking and the rooms are very quiet.

Had a wonderful evening celebrating 🥳🥳a 60th Birthday, Courtney our waitress was AMAZING and made our celebrations go to plan.  Thank you to all the staff for being lovely thank you see you again on the next one xx

We travel to Liverpool three times a year for family visits. The Roby Hotel is located an ideal position for easy access to Liverpool city centre and all major roads. The hotel is quiet and very well maintained with friendly professional staff who provide a great service.
