The staff and reception team are so amazing especially Nikki as she helped my granny with sorting out an extra bed in her room for me. My family have been going to this hotel for many years and it’s been an amazing experience every time 

Outstanding 

Stayed for just one night on a Saturday to go to family meal nearby. Room was spacious, warm, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were particularly helpful. We were running late for meal and Abbie the receptionist was so helpful, nothing seemed like too much trouble for her, ordering/cancelling taxis as requested. Overall I would recommend.

Good stay

After a long day we were looking forward to a comfortable night.  It was a struggle to use the shower as it is over the bath which has very high sides.  The bath panel was coming apart at the bottom.  There were signs of stain block being used on the ceiling so clearly there must have been a leak.  The door to the bathroom was also very tatty.  Went to dry my hair and the hairdryer didn't work   The only saving grace from this stay were the lovely friendly staff.

Awful place

Awful food

Stayed for one night as a party of eight. Room extremely clean and pretty comfortable. The highlight of the stay was breakfast the following morning in the next door ‘Packet Steamer’. Huge choice of food and extremely welcoming and helpful staff……their service was superior to several four and five star hotels we’ve experienced before and since this particular stay. Brilliant!

Great service.

We stayed here for 1 night after a running event. Easy to find and plenty of free onsite parking. Staff very friendly. 
Room was spacious and had everything we needed, however it was unbearably warm. The room temp was on 25.5 and we were unable to adjust. There was a fan in the room, however it was very noisy which resulted in me not sleeping at all that night.
However I would still stay here again and would recommend.
There is a restaurant/pub next door which we did use to purchase takeaway food, however this wasn’t that great as the food was fairly cold. Would be better to eat in the restaurant.

Pleasant stay

I stayed at the premier inn Aintree over night and was delighted with the lovely Place and all the Customer Service and staff were a absolute delight !
Like a special shout out to waitress evening meal Anne L first class service along with Waitress at Breakfast Julie 
Both welcoming and first class in service attention to detail in ensuring all around them were given the service that makes you want to write a review!
Welcoming on arriving also was concise  and friendly faces to meet and greet that's all ones asks for to be made to feel welcome thank you to all your a credit in the jobs you all do at times under pressure due to this on going pandemic!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely Customer Service at Premier inn Aintree!

Had 1 night here B+B when visiting Anfield for their experience. It was the BEST nights sleep in a hotel we have ever had...fabulous bed. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast was served across the road at the pub. Would definitely stay here again no problem.

smashing one nighter

Very disappointing stay.  

Hotel rooms are in need of modernisation and serious update.  Rooms look very tired.  Given this is right in the grounds of the Aintree Racecourse curtilage, I expected much better.  It must be a goldmine for Premier Inn, and yet it just seems neglected.  

Nothing pretty about it at all, and a very underwhelming experience, from the one we expected.  

The room was also extremely warm, and because they limit the ability to open the windows, it was impossible to get enough air into the room to cool it down.  

The goodnight guarantee was not offered, so all in all, a poor night of sleep, in a weary hotel, and not much good to reflect on.

Very Poor 

I had a hospital appointment at the Walton Neurological and so booked a nights stay at the Aintree Premier Inn. Finding the place was fine using google maps. Checking in was also fine with a friendly young lady on the desk who quickly checked me in. Walking through the corridors it was apparent that this hotel wasn't the usual standard that I have come to expect from premier inn, the décor was tired and second hand looking. My room opened using an old fashioned key not a door card and the standard of the room was disappointing, well used, tired and not particularly clean. Everything worked ok but the general feel of the hotel was run down, not great.
I had a meal at the pub next door which was ok, the staff where friendly enough but the place was nothing special. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I'm afraid.
