Lovely one night stay adorable converted stables, room warm and cosy, had everything we needed.  Set in lovely grounds with horses, alpacas, deer and bunnies.  Will definitely come back for a longer stay

Lovely stay

Deer Park Farm is in an affluent quiet area, with gates and a long gravel drive to get you to the accommodation. The Chalet was an adequate size for a one night stay and had everything we needed. The view from the private sitting area out the back looking at the horses in the field was nice. Such a lovely place and I would definitely stay here again when passing through. So much better than the usual boring chain hotels. 

The Town of Dorridge is just down the road with a selection of takeaways and shops.

Excellent stay 

Didnt actually get to stay as we had some confusion on the dates we thought we were booking June and the venue thought we were coming in May. I didnt spot the error on the confirmation email and the money was taken from my account. We spoke after this confusion and whilst they could have made this difficult a full refund was given. Considering this was for 4 rooms for 3 nights this was a significant amount. This is a measure of their ethics and I will definitely book next time in the area and give Heather a big bunch of flowers, Thank you so much for being so understanding

After a week of staying in various different hilton hotels for business, I wanted a slice of country scenery like I have at home. WOW I was not disappointed. I booked in 6 hours before arrival and all the details were sent to me promptly. I did get a little bit lost on the way in and Heather was nothing but helpful. The area is STUNNING, I even stopped the car on the lane in to pay a visit to the miniature Shetland ponies, which after 5 hours of driving was the most amazing thing. I stayed in chalet 9 and it was absolutely lovely. Every little detail has been thought about, from washing up liquid, to little waffles to throw in the toaster in the morning. I have read other reviews complaining the chalet looks tired and they must be absolutely blind, it is SO cosy, well laid out and completed to a really high standard. After staying in many hotels, the quality of the bed linen at Deer Park was so nice and made a huge difference to how I slept. There was even a fan in the room which certainly helped in this 30 degree heat. Parking was literally outside so made it so easy to bring my suitcase in. The WiFi was great which I wasn't expecting and I was able to stream all my shows on my laptop without any issues at all. The ONLY thing that would have made my stay better is a meet and greet with the Alapcas as they are one of my fave animals! Thanks so much Heather, definitely coming back here every single time I'm in the area! 

Absolutely gorgeous, will be back for certain!

Microwave rusty; dead bolt on door broken & unusable; 3 light bulbs out; takeaway menus ancient & shabby, inc. one for a restaurant that closed some time ago; no explanation of how to use TV remote - had to google it and  braodband v slow; no means of turning main room light on/off from bed; cobweb at junction of 2 walls next to toilet; bathroom cabinet had broken shelf & chipped paint; holes in shower wall where something had been taken down & holes rusty..... On a positive note: water hot; quiet; accepted 1 night booking

Basic, tired & in need of a refresh

Lovely stay. Have been twice previous. Now getting tired and ready for uplift.
Great envoronment and place to relax . Heating set at a maximum of 22C but for my partner who suffers with cold wasnt warm enough. He spent his evening onside after dinner in Knowle wearing his jacket


Good location for where we needed to be. Enjoed watching the ponies and llamas . 

The chalet is situated down a private driveway with ample of parking spaces.As soon as you arrive there is no hassle of booking in you have a email with your code to the chalet we stayed in number 9 and everything was perfect from the beautiful scenery outside which included horses shetlands which was lovely.The chalet was really well presented it felt very fresh and clean and you couldn't hear any noise from outside as it is a working farm the whole decor made you feel at home and comfortable if I could have picked the whole chalet up and take it home I would.The bed was superb comfortable and we both had a great night sleep and the hosts super friendly if I could give this a higher score I would both loved it here.

A slice of horse and Country heaven

Our second escape to Deer Farm Park - we only live up the road but it's a nice little bolt hole to get away from real life for a bit!  Beautiful, quiet location, gorgeous properties - it's just divine and perfect for a night away.  We will definitely be back.

Second visit - won't be the last

Lovely rooms in a beautiful setting.
Self-check in was really convenient and easy to do.  The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.  Parking right outside the rooms.
Nice touch leaving pastries in the room on arrival.
Would definitely stay here again.
