I booked a room here so that I didn't have to drive home after an evening out with friends.  It was a fantastic choice.  The owners are friendly, helpful and efficient and my room had everything I needed.  The cooked breakfast was delicious and excellent value.  All in all a great find and I would definitely stay here again.   

Fanstastic B & B

Large house in a quiet area. Street parking. Rooms were very clean. We didn’t have food so can’t comment but it was comfortable and excellent price. Easy walk into town and sea front. Host was friendly too

Excellent value

Stayed here with three friends for 2 nights. A very comfortable and clean guesthouse, ideally located just a few minutes from the beach and town centre. The host (Chris) was very pleasant and polite throughout our stay.

A good full English breakfast was served each day, you have to preorder however the day before, which seems to be very common nowadays at a lot of guesthouse. 

Parking can be difficult, a few streets offer free parking, others require permits or payment. There is limited parking on the properties forecourt. We were fortunate, we manage to secure a free street space and one on the property. 

The rooms were all ensuite, comfortable with a fridge, TV, and free Wi-Fi. 

Overall a very enjoyable stay and we all would happily return.

Very nice guesthouse

I needed somewhere to stay over for one night while on a quick visit to Great Yarmouth and found The Elmfield online.

What a lucky find, a lovely friendly warm and welcoming guest house. Great location, very clean with lovely hosts and a very nice breakfast, what more could I ask for?

I will definitely return when I next visit Yarmouth. Highly recommended.

Warm and Welcoming

I stayed one night in room 2. Although small, it was ideal for one, but two sharing wouldn't have been very crowded. Lovely en-suite bathroom, with loo, sink and shower. Towels, body wash etc all provided. Peaceful, being at rear of hotel. Room also had r/c TV, table / chair, wardrobe. There were 2 overbed lights. The room was very clean and welcoming, without a spot of dirt anywhere. Breakfast was worth the extra and i was full when I left. Hosts Chris & Suwanee Bond are very very nice people.

Relaxing

We stopped for 2 nights ,the BB is spotless clean ,lovely white bedding ,well maintained and lovely decor loved the wall art ,the room was very clean and spacious ,me and friend had a double bedded  room each was not a lot more expensive than sharing a twin so great value ,room was refreshed  on the  2nd day toilet, and tea tray replenished nice choice teas coffee bisc ,and bottle of water in the mini fridge in wardrobe. 

breakfast was £5 extra but cooked perfect pre order ,pipping hot and fresh loved the sausage all good quality produce  ,
for the £5 you can have cereals toast jams juice tea coffee full English .

Parking is possible on site but we parked on the rd free and no issues ,

if had to find 1 thing wrong ,i would just say bath towels a bit small 
but I  would still give a 100%

Perfect stay

Lovely place to stay we stayed for 4 nights friendly hosts excellent full english breakfast with a choice of cereal and juice room 3 had plenty of room for us lovely en suite located just off seafront so a good location.No noise at night from other guests would stay here again.Chris was very helpful told us where to visit and how to get there 

Lovely B&B

Very nice. Knocked on the door and although there was a 'no vacancy' sign in the window there was a room available. Up two flights of stairs which was perfectly ok for me. Secure off road parking for my motorcycle. Nice to have a fan in my room. Much cheaper walking in rather than booking.com. A good cooked breakfast for £5 extra, well worth it. Would stay again, very close to the town and seafront.

Very clean

Spoke to the host over the phone, who was very helpful and booked us in to a family room (which was clean and spacious at the top of the house).
Arrived very early (managed to find free parking opposite the B and B) and were allowed to check in and use the facilities in our room straight away. 
The host was extremely friendly and polite, observed social distancing and asked us if we would like breakfast in the morning. We booked breakfast at £5 per head for the morning. It was excellent! 
One happy family - Children keen to book again soon!

Great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms.

We stayed for 3 night in the family room id give it 9 out of 10 wonderful spacious room clean with a very good breakfast for £5 pppd well worth it only thing to stop a top 10/10 was the shower was very small and a little claustrophobic however was useable and did not stop us useing it . The couple who owed the hotel were freindly and helpful also would recommend
