I stayed here for three nights and was pleasantly surprised how spotless the accommodation was and all COVID rules being followed. 
I had the downstairs room which was spacious and decorated to a high degree. The host made me aware of the traffic noise on the busy road out and true to her word when it was time to sleep it quieten down completely.

I chose to pay the extra for the breakfast rather than go hunting for a place to eat.  The breakfast was lovingly prepared and the best bacon and sausage I had eaten for ages.  I had mentioned that at home I usually only had porridge and a banana and the owner actually supplied me with some bananas the very next day.

Parking was no problem as it was plentiful being away from the resort.

Would I stay here again ....! Yes but I would rather be at the back of the property but it didn’t spoil my stay.

Great accommodation following covid guidelines.
The rooms are spotless and maintained to a high standard. 
Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. We had the full breakfast you must try it. 
The restaurant is open for takeout, ring between 2 and 4 as its busy and to avoid disappointment for your evening meal. Lynne makes a awesome Lasagne. 
This is our second visit and we will be going again.

Fantastic weekend away

having just returned home after spending five wonderful days staying at this hotel/restaurant, our room was immaculate, so clean and well decorated, the food both breakfast and evening meal that we had were very tasty and to high standard, the owner/ host (lynn) is so friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her, was so impressed have already booked for next year, situated on main A165 is very close to all local towns but still situated in a quiet environment.   thanks phil & may

As other reviewers have written, very clean well-maintained  accommodation connected to a restaurant serving Italian evening meals on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sunday evenings (B&B open every day).
If you automatically look for dust, cobwebs, signs of non-thorough cleaning when you arrive in your bedroom or eating place, then you will find nothing to annoy/worry you....even the bathroom grouting was mould-free.
Breakfast very full-English so if you intend to stop overnight, inform the owner the evening before should you prefer a non-cooked or non-meat breakfast.
Convenient location for Filey and other resorts on the Yorkshire coast south of Scarborough since Valentino's is right on the A165. Adequate safe parking.
Food ingredients for the Italian meals are as 'true' to Italian as possible, the owner/cook having been trained by an Italian.

A three night B&B stay

Stayed here for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer it was so comfy, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.Breakfast was fabulous with a great choice of fruit, cereals,massive tasty crossaint as well as hearty cooked hot food.Both Lynn and Dave are lovely and made us so welcome,felt as though we'd known them forever.will certainly be staying there again

First Class B &B

Booked for two nights for a family trip away, but had to change dates at the last minute. The host was very accommodating and helped to ensure we had a stress-free stay. The ground floor room was fully accessible and spotlessly clean. The large room was well furnished and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. 
We do not usually bother with a large breakfast, but the large selection of cereal, fruit, croissants blew us away. It was delicious! The friendly host was very attentive and ensured ours needs were met.
Located near Primrose Valley, we had quick access to the beach and could walk into Filey.
Excellent value for money - we will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Spotless room and a fantastic host!

Me and my partner went for a weekend holiday and decided to stay at Valentino’s. We are very pleased to see the room was clean, nice and we did enjoy our stay. The staff are really nice and friendly too. A big tap as well to the owner and chef of Valentino’s because she’s so friendly to us and to other guests and the food she cooked was great too! Will definitely come back again and recommend it to friends 😊😊
