A great place to stay! Comfortable and quiet and we had a lovely chat with some of the other guests. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment made good use of the space available but it was undeniably cosy upstairs, where the sloping roof made getting into bed awkward, even for an average height person. Sound travelled freely between the floors but didn’t cause any issues. Really clean property and good quality loo roll was a bonus not seen at many holiday lets!Thoughtfully left milk in the fridge and the kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, crockery, cooking and glassware.Thought the request to bag-up bed linen was a bit 2020 and contributed to us leaving later than the specified 10am checkout time. (bit early we thought, especially as check-in is from 4pm and as a family, we leave our stays very clean and tidy).Shame that none of the outdoor meadow area was accessible to visitors.Overall, a nice base for visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, the British Motor Museum and the Cotswolds.

Just checked in and wow what an amazing quaint little place 😍 everything needed for a little mini break. The owner came out to welcome us which was a lovely touch. Stayed in woodcut cottage (3). Would definitely recommend!!! Xxx

Friends mini break

We had a really enjoyable short stay in one of the cottages earlier this month.  Cottage was really comfortable and clean, had everything we needed and well laid out.  Plenty of parking near the cottage.  Wi-Fi was very good and reliable.  Beds were comfortable and nice to relax in a warm bath after a day out in the open air!  Lovely peaceful location although only a short drive from Evesham and Stratford upon Avon and also the lovely Cotswold towns like Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold.   There was a Co Op within walking distance and although we didn't try either, there was also a fish and chip shop and a Chinese take away nearby too.  We would definitely recommend the cottages as a lovely place to stay.

Lovely property!

We took our family to visit Bourton on the Hill following the death of my elderly mother who had grown up there.We stayed at nearby Peace Haven as we needed three units.It was perfect.Each unit had full facilities with a treat to share in our unit.All were clean tidy and well kitted out.We were able to use the area outside our unit to all get together for a meal and the younger children to play.Although a little expensive it me our needs and we hope to visit again some time.

The real Cotswolds

We rented almost all the properties for  a family birthday celebration  had a fantastic stay very peaceful and comfortable properties, we walked to the wild things animal park and had a great day out ( took about 7 mins) there is a communal room with toys games and a great dvd selection  it was a little chilly bur hey it’s January. Had a great family weekend

Birthday Celebration

I reviewed the online website for the dates I wanted and requested to pay a deposit followed by the payments. The price for early August was approx £255 for 3 nights. I emailed Fiona regarding the dates to which she advised me that the price for £330 for the same dates and cottage. I sent a screenshot to which i was promised to have the dates and price reviewed when she returned to the office approx 2 weeks ago. This was several weeks ago now and still no response. Initial poor experience. Provided feedback, no response.  We have been here before and it was great. Don’t know what has happened since. Will not be booking here again - plenty more beautiful cottages out there so will take our business elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service at Booking Stage

We booked two cottages for three nights over Christmas and had an amazing time. The cottages were clean, warm, well equipped and Fiona went above and beyond to decorate them for Christmas for us! 
Tips would be to hire a car so that you can easily get groceries/sightsee etc and to remember to turn the hot water on as per instructions given by host! 
Fiona was very helpful and a great host.
