We liked the location of the hotel

What was bad

Paid for breakfast to be told we couldn't fit in the dinning room, then to be told we had to pay 5 pound each for tray service, needless to say I refused, the receptionist said she would wave the cost and breakfast would come to our room at 9.30. 10.30 we were still waiting then to be handed half of our order with stone cold rubber eggs and coffee with a skin on it. 140 pound for that or and 20 pound to park my car...... 160 pounds later and very very disappointed
