Brilliant place to have breakfast or just a butty and brew. The Sunday night entertainment is really good. Especially with the tasty pizzas. Will be even better after the modernisation of the bar area. Don't take my word for it please try it yourself.

We went for a couple of beers but saw the food being served ……ribs!! Delicious we ordered a few dishes between three of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food even the chips were just perfect! Homemade coleslaw, staff were young but absolutely professional…..well done to the team at the Redwell! We need somewhere in the lune valley where it’s not ridiculous prices and good food!

We’ve now had a Sunday roast, a mid week lunch menu and last night we had an evening meal. 
This is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food. The decor and ambiance is warm and cosy with a log burner set in the middle. The staff are professional and friendly, area’s are pet friendly too which is also great but most of all it’s a great menu with home cooked food and really good quality, the chef is fantastic.

First time here after many years for lunch to celebrate a friends birthday, not an extensive menu but a good variety, from main meals to interesting salads and sandwiches, not forgetting the cakes and desserts that we were a too full to taste. Reasonably priced with great service in what is a beautiful countryside with a newly refurbished old inn surrounded with newly created gardens, very appealing curbside and plenty of parking.

We popped in here for Lunch and was plesantly surprised. The front of house Lucy was so helpful. We hadn't booked but she found us a table. We were expecting a long wait but the food arrived very quickly. THe food was fantastic

We have just got in from our first (but certainly not our last) visit to The Red Well Country Inn and was so impressed I felt compelled to immediatley leave a review. Our daughter and neice had toasies with a cup of soup on the side, Today's soup was vegetable and very tasty it was too! The soup also served with lovely croutons. My husband and I had the 'famous' cheese and onion pie to see what all the fuss was about....and OH MY GOODNESS!!! As a self-proclaimed cheese and onion pie connoisseur 😆 I can hand on heart say it was indeed the best cheese and onion pie I have ever had and 100% lives up to it's well deserved name. The lady who took our order was so lovely and accommodating as was the young man who brought our food to us. The restraunt has a lovely ambience to it with stunning scenery to enjoy whilst you are eating or just having a drink. Cannot wait to visit again!!

What a great newly refurbished pub with delicious pizza menu. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.  Food surpassed all expectations too. Definitely worth a visit and first Tuesday evening of month is apparently quiz night too👍

We rang the red well to see if they would do breakfast for 9 men on a shoot….Jordan sorted it and it was no problem and they were so impressed and said at 8.00am in the morning Jordan  was so welcoming and happy.
This led to Christmas dinner which we asked for a separate room and Jordan sent pictures of the room to see if that was ok.  The dinner was delicious, they throughly enjoyed it.  Great service and food.

Great pizza, great beer and friendly service. The inside and outside of the pub look great after the recent refurbishment, we sat outside, it was a lovely place to spend an evening with the kids and friends. Will definitely be back very soon!!

Absolutely brilliant staff and food amazing highly recommended .......... the pizzas are brilliant ...... fantastic beer garden ........ atmosphere wonderful so friendly..made very welcome.......surrounded by wonderful countryside.......
