A lovely place to spend a few days , very comfortable and quiet with very welcoming owners . First time away with my dog and she quickly settled into the relaxed vibe . Breakfast was wonderfully organised with a preorder system and arrived perfectly presented with faultless service  from Linda .
Car parking was ideal as the  bus service from the station five minutes walk away took me wherever I wanted to go

Top quality , value for money B&B

We’ve stayed here a few times , great location. The owners are really nice and helpful.  The guesthouse is spotless , quiet and a nice place to relax for a few days . The breakfast is really good too. 

The hotel is close to the seafront and a nice walking spot up to Torquay 

We have been coming here for about 5 years  and have never had a bad stay.  I doubt you’ll find a better more welcoming guesthouse in Paignton or Torquay .

We have stayed here on a number of occasions, the rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is lovely and more than sufficient. It’s  also dog friendly. Nothing is too much for Roger and Linda who are so welcoming. We would highly recommend.

St Edmond’s guest house in Paignton is a lovely place to stay.

Another lovely short break at St Edmunds guest house. Linda and Roger are lovely hosts and go thst extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Great freshly cooked breakfast and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend to others. Suitable for others with mobility issues, short walk to shops restaurants and public transport.

A warm welcome by Roger. 1 of our rooms was ready even though we were very early. Great parking and the location is great. Near the bus and train station along with the town and sea front. There is a beautiful conservatory for the guests as well as a beautiful garden with lovely seating. 
The interior and exterior decorating of the guesthouse is excellent.  There are rooms on the ground floor and 1st floor. The rooms are compact but spotlessly clean with tea and coffee facilities in the room. Beds are extremely comfy and it is very quiet in the B&b hence we slept very well. 
The breakfast room is a delight to sit in. You select your breakfast the night before and everything is ready for you the next morning. The choice is fantastic, from fresh fruit, yoghurt, porridge, cereal to a cooked breakfast. Everything done to a high standard and Linda is very friendly and works extremely hard to make sure everything is perfect. 
Room and towels changed and cleaned daily. 
The Spinning Wheel pub on the seafront was our favourite place as the atmosphere in there was great each night.  I would highly recommend this guesthouse and I would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic break

Just came back from a 2 night stay at this lovely little B & B. Everything about it was superb. Roger and Linda were both very friendly and professional. Accommodation throughout, was furnished to a very high standard. Very modern and clean with everything anyone could possibly need in a B & B. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Nothing at all to complain about. Would thoroughly recommend.

Superb B & B

My partner and I just got back from a 3 night stay and we had a lovely time. St Edmunds is a beautifully decorated B&B that is spotlessly clean and perfectly situated. We stayed in room 7 which was a good size room with a large comfy bed. Breakfast was great and so were Linda and Roger. We will definitely stay again! Paignton was also lovely, especially the harbour area.

Wonderful guest house, I spent my birthday here and Roger and Linda made it a real special occasion for me. The house is beautifully decorated,  clean and fresh. A short walk to the sea front and pier. Highly recommended.  

Wonderful

I stayed here with my parents and some family friends. We were greeted by Roger who was really welcoming, showed us to our room. It's a really nice hotel, I absolutely loved the decor, in my room (7) there was rabbit themed accessories and I'm bunny mad! Location is brilliant, so close to the centre without being noisy. Breakfast is pre-order, it is a system that I felt worked really well, ensured the whole group ate together and our food was warm. One day I had an omelette and then a cooked breakfast but there are continental options too. I had to leave early but I hear that Linda kindly replaced our friends weetabix after he poured orange juice over it!!! Fantastic hosts who obviously love what they do, highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

You would be hard pressed to find anything finer or better value for money. This establishment is a real gem.
Linda and Roger, the owners, are so professional and every minute detail has been thought of. The property is stunning, the rooms beautifully decorated and furnished which matches the impeccable service from the moment you arrive. Breakfast is amazing, my wife required a gluten free menu and this was no problem whatsoever. We stayed over the Christmas period and we will not hesitate to return. I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful guest house.
