This Premiere Inn was a lovely experience. We have stayed in others but this was particularly good. The location is great and the hotel organisation excellent. We were very impressed with the staff, who were so helpful and would like to mention Lindsey in house keeping who couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable and our room immaculate. Thank you.

Rachael has been really accommodating throughout my stay, she has been a welcoming face each morning/evening while working away from home, she has been helpful with check in and all queries I've had along the way. Warm and bubbly person who has made the week away more personal. An asset to the team here at Cribbs Causeway

I visit this hotel on a regular basis due to the work I do and overall its a nice place to be. Parking is available and is free if you`re staying. Hotel looks very nice inside you also have an option to do self check in but I never used it. The location is Brilliant plenty of shops around as well as a bowling alley and a cinema round the corner which is convenient. Staff are always Helpful and attentive at all times I have visited, They`re always willing to help with any little thing possible which is amazing!. Food is Great good selection on the menu and the breakfast is always fresh which makes a start of the day feel just a little better!

The only issue I had once was with a 3rd party booking agent which my company books through (I shall not name the company responsible for this booking) has made a small hiccup with my booking regarding the payment for the room but after a few phone calls and helpful staff the issue got resolved quite quickly, Again Premier Inn was NOT at fault here and I was really glad I didn`t have to sleep in the van for the night :).

This hotel is less than a mile from the M5. So convenient, very new and fresh and clean. Staff are all very helpful, although the management seem to push them too hard in my opinion. Not that keen on the restaurant but many many eating places very near. Overall very satisfactory.

Incredible support for single disabled people, izzy was kind and friendly by going beyound her job to help and making it possible for people with limited mobility to travel. This is why I always return to premier inns !


Premier inns are of a consistent high quality and offer good value.IStay in them all over the country and have never been disappointed..value for money and cleanliness are very important to me.
I have never been disappointed and will continue to use them.

Perfect, have stayed here before and this stay was no different…rooms are great, location great for cribbs mall, bristol airport or bristol city centre (short drive away). Can recommend and is always reasonable price. Check in and out was quick and easy.

First time in this Premier Inn since the fire, and we were  very impressed. Our room was clean , warm and comfortable, we had accessible room 103 with a wet room. We found the staff friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
We did the meal deal for two nights and found it to be good value, the resaurant staff were lovely and so was the food, it was all faultless and would stay again The only downside was a family above who let the children run around till about 1130, but not the hotels fault .Its the best Premier in we have stayed at and we stay in quite a few.

This hotel is perfectly located just off the Motorway with plenty of shopping, restaurants and cinema complex on the doorstep.
I chose the upgraded room with fridge, walk in shower and slightly bigger floor space.
The bed was extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.

Very busy hotel, extremely busy morning breakfast.  At first we were worried, however, we needn't of been.  This service team were exceptional.  They knew they were busy but they were all over it.  One lady who was cleaning tables and re making for the next people, nothing was too much trouble.  The chefs were providing fresh regular food to the buffet, nothing was ever empty.  Nothing was too much trouble for this team.  On arrival in the evening, staff were attending at the bar, but were quick to look over and say they would just be a moment.  This team could be an example to other more high profile hotels we have stayed at recently where service had certainly fallen short.  Big congrats to Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs Causeway.  We will most certainly be back.

Great Team, Great Food, Overall a nice place to be.

Lovely break

Two kids under 10 were left to run around all night. Night porter spoke to parents numerous times but the kids continued and banging doors. If it wasn’t these disrespectful guests then our second night stay would’ve been great like our first night. Reported to front desk who confirmed many had complained and they were aware of it.
