This really was an exceptional B&B.
The accommodation was large but homely with sole use of a complete annexe. This consisted of a private entrance into a small snug (complete with fridge) with an adjacent massive breakfast / sitting room with sofas and TV. Upstairs was a very roomy bedroom with attached smaller sitting area and a good bathroom just down the hall. Be aware that the staircase was quite narrow and steep and so not ideal for those with mobility issues.
Everything was clean, the breakfasts were great and Helen was a brilliant host — very friendly and helpful. The location was good. Road access was via a quiet cul-de-sac but there was a pleasant shortcut walk across the playing field to get to the centre of town. Internet access was decent enough.
This was everything you could want from a B&B and more. Thoroughly recommended.

Simply superb

Just returned from 2 night Easter break. Thank you for the very warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. Beautiful house, set in lovely quiet location yet perfectly located for Bridgnorth centre and Severn Valley Railway. Definitely a place to return to.

Excellent Short Break

We wanted  a relaxing wk end break in an excellent B&B.....and this is exactly what we experienced (and more) from the moment we arrived and met Helen. I wouldn't really call it a B&B, as you have the use of the whole side wing of the house! It's set in beautiful, peaceful grounds with wonderful views. Each morning we thoroughly enjoyed a beautifully cooked breakfast, using local produce and at a time that suited us! I have never slept so well away from home! There is so much to see and do, including a walk across the field to The Severn Valley railway. Helen is a wonderful host and we are so glad we found this gem of a B&B and would love to return one day. Thank you Helen.

Visiting Bridgnorth? Then this is the place to stay!

What a fabulous place, location is superb for the town and Severn Valley Railway is across the field! Helen and Chris are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble! The rooms are so spacious, clean and the moment you walk in to the Little Brug it feels like home, it is so quiet and peaceful, breakfast is superb and will set you up for the day! Value for money is untouchable! What a brilliant place with such a lovely couple and we will be returning for sure! The Little Brug ticks EVERY box! Superb B&B in every way possible

What a find! Overlooking the beautiful Shropshire countryside, yet within walking distance of the town, this first rate B&B gives you a warm welcome from host Helen, a very comfortable room with bathroom and sitting area, and generous breakfasts. And then there's the dining and sitting room with giant TV!! So much space! We loved our stay at Little Brug and really appreciated Helen's kindness. We were made to feel so welcome and we'd have no hesitation in staying again.
