Always a joy staying here! 
Have been going down roughly 5 months.  Staff are great.
Tom the manager goes above and beyond as well as Tommy and Justine.

Room is always clean and tidy and smelling fresh. Becky did an excellent job.
Nothing is ever a big trouble for these guys.

Great place to stay

Kirsti and the team are Lovely friendly staff let us check in early and when they heard our relationship story left us a lovely little card up to the room which was a lovely touch thanks
And also apologised when the system went down as it took a little bit longer to check us in

Great staff and good hotel

Great staff excellent service staff really friendly and extremely helpful and made to feel really welcome really comfy bed great location and food great and it was really quiet 
Will definitely stay again it was great value for money

4night stay

The view was terrible facing offices with no netting so had to keep curtains shut to have some.privacy resulting in no natural light in room.
The signal for 4g was horrible and free wifo didn't work which is understandable but paid for 48 hours of ultimate wifi and kept disconnecting and wouldnt even work on second time.of buying. Was then told.by reception to ring virgin media to sort reimburse which i dont think i should have to do.  I also had to miss out on work this morning and yesterday due to no internet.

Bed was comfy amd room and bathroom was tidy so no complaints there.

Just the wifi and no netting was a big no no. 

Will come again as i love the place but will ask for a room.facing sainsburys next time so i can check if greggs has a que haha

Bad wifi and view

A good, clean, basic hotel with very helpful, friendly staff and a good breakfast. An evening meal in The Beefeater was very convenient and the atmosphere pleasant - though there could have been a wider choice for vegetarians.

Exactly what I would expect from Premier Inn

The hotel is up to the usual Premier Inn standard, clean, comfortable and fairly basic. The disappointment was the Beefeater restaurant. The menu is fairly basic and needs updating to meet modern expectations. The food was OK but could have been warmer. Service was pretty basic and staff need a better appreciation that their jobs depend on them pleasing customers so they come back again. I will stay at the hotel again, but have made a list of local restaurants to try next time.

Good Hotel, mediocre restaurant

Justine and Jerome went over and above their duty to make a large group of us feel more than welcome! They couldn’t do enough to cater for our needs bringing extra chairs and even ice for our drinks! Taking group photos for us too. Thankyou so much to Emma and team! 

Magic Convention

We stayed here for over 3 mths staff were incredibly helpful and considerate in terms of making sure me+fam felt comfortable me+girls appreciate everything they have done for us. Nothing was too much.

Helpful and thoughtful really lovely people

Have been to this hotel once before and was good last time. Unfortunately this time we arrived we were given our key 321 and when we went to the room it looked like someone was still in there as the toilet was full and rubbish in the room. Manager refunded our breakfast but will never return to this hotel and will think twice of booking premier inn again

Has gone terrible 

Great place and friendly people. Rooms are very clean and spacious. You will have all the necessities you need tv, kettle, wardrobe. The bathrooms are very nice and have a very big shower you will have all the soap you need and due to it being included.
