145 reviewsJust returning from a very enjoyable stay at this spotlessly clean and professionally run B&B. Bed very comfortable with fresh white linen and a very modern en suite. Room temperature very good. Breakfast choice and quality also very good. The location is ideal, within walking distance to Ayr town centre either along Racecourse Road or a more scenic pedestrian path close to coast and historic buildings with a lovely green area and views across to Arran and Greenan Castle. The Villa is situated in a very nice part of Ayr and we had no qualms about taking the short walk home from town in the evenings after a meal or visit to the theatre. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with this choice of a b&b in Ayr.
