Stayed for a weekend with my friends. When we arrived they weren't sure where to put us. Our rooms were in a section of the hostel where the electricity was cut out. So they moved us to nicer rooms. There were few other guests in the place at the time so it didn't really matter. For something like 13 gbp a night I had a double room to myself with an ensuite. The internet connection was intermittent and slow. We got crossaints in the morning though I kind of wanted to eat breakfast in a cafe somewhere anyway. It's quite close to the center. A 5 minute walk from where the protests were going on at the time.
