We stayed here for 7 nights in the lux room on the upper floor of the main building. We were 2 adults and 2 children (6,10). Let's start with bad things: Water pressure was bad and we couldn't enjoy the shower. (our friends in an additional room haven't faced such a problem. The Wi-Fi is unstable and we got many disconnections. The room was not really clean (especially under the sofa bed) The good things: The staff is super kind and willing to help with any request The restaurant is so tasty - just everything!!!! The rooms are cozy and are well designed The location is not perfect (no ski in/out) but pretty good, and if you ride on red piste you can easily get to the center via LIft #1. which is 5 minutes walk in ski boots. The sauna is very nice. The atmosphere is amazing. General: The hotel provides ski equipment hosting in a common room (no private lockers) The hotel is built on a hill and it is a bit difficult to get into it (not too much).
