Avalon Altes

This hotel was a good price and acceptable for the area.  The rooms had washers/dryers in them.  There is a supermarket within close walking distance.  It is also centrally located, so there are quite a few good restaurants and cafes nearby.

AVALON Altes is a clean hotel in good place to visit Van city center.It is very calm and have a friendly staffs. They try to help their guests. The breakfast is also very well.
If your are not so interested to pool, fitness center and like these and only stay, it is good choice

Clean Hotel

Actually we are in the hotel right now.
It's 23:53 and there is a lot of noise because of the Disco on the 6th floor of hotel 
The stuff are kind but they can not speak and understand English even one word.

The break fast is disappointed,there is no hot meal, no real fruit juice, no coffee, just 10 different kind s of cheese and some kind of olive

There is no air conditioner. The temperature is 29 and its hot at noon.

For the first day they did not clean our room. You should tell them to do that 

There are only shampoo and soap in the toilet. No touth brash , no touth paste, no shower hat and no other thing...

But the hotel is really good located. It's in the center of city and foor going to acdamar island or can Kalasi there is a lot of bus and minibus 

The hotel is not 4 stars.
