Some of the rooms in this small seafront hotel have recently been refurbished. Brand new beds and bathroom, as well as a new shared kitchen for YTL70 a night is a real bargain. Best pillows of the trip and excellent shower. Friendly owners.

We've been to this place in August 2013 for three nights while waiting for the ferry that took us to Cyprus. To our surprise the owner of the hotel, Arif, speaks fluent German as he spent 30 years in Germany. Most noticeable was the motivation and love to detail with which he served his guests. The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are appropriately big, easily accommodating two persons or more, very clean and with sea views. What else could I wish for during a short stay? Let me end saying that we could have easily spend a few days more at this place but had to leave due to our ferry arrival.

Great budget option

Cozy hotel with sea views

My husband and I were on our way to Cyprus and had booked a room at Holmi Pension in advance.   Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the booking and when we arrived, the Pension was full - as were most of the other hotels in the town!
The owner of Holmi Pension was very kind and allowed us to stay in an apartment in his house.   We paid the same amount for a private room with kitchen and bathroom as we would have for one of his modest hotel rooms.   We cannot comment on the standard of accommodation at the Holmi Pension itself but we were very grateful for the kindness of the owner.   If he cares for tourists in this way, we would assume that he would make his guests in the Pension very comfortable also.
