Excellent 5-star treatment very clean very near to all facilities I would recommend this hotel as I have been twice this year and going back next year, superb hostess and staff are very friendly Mment is the boss who is very accommodating

Besthotel

A great little hotel. The owners and staff keep it immaculately clean and will resolve any issues quickly.  When we arrived, the shower door was broken and we couldn't close/lock the balcony door. We reported it and went out for the day, during which time both had been repaired. 
There are no extra costs  for the safe, air conditioning  or fridge. It's in a great location for the town but up a small side road so is peaceful at night.
Would I stay here again? - ABSOLUTELY

A gem of a hotel

By chance we stumbled on this hotel whilst travelling through Turkey. From the very first minute, they gave us a choice of rooms and were extremely friendly and professional. They made our stay one of the best experiences we have ever had. Great food,fabulous room and staff. It happened to be my birthday whilst there and they pulled out all the stops, birthday cake, staff singing made this most memorable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Perfect family holiday

Ideally situated at the top of the main road of the town. Good clean area around swimming pool, outside seating area and bar. Friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Bowl of fruit provided on arrival and a free drink. Fridge provided in room. Slippers also provided. Slight problem with water pressure when going for evening showers. Would have liked to have had tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Family Holiday

Fethiye Park Hotel is the former name of Qualia Park Hotel. The location of the hotel, nice pool with umbrellas & sun beds, and delicious breakfasts are the advantages of this place. Unfortunately, the renaming didn't solve the problem with the unresponsive hotel team, as well as dirty rooms and lack of daily housekeeping. Catastrophically slow Wi-Fi internet speed is the cherry on top of this "cake".

Rebranding did not help the hotel

Reception closed when I arrived completely ignored by 3 people who turned out they were staff. No record of my booking. The one member of staff who spoke English was sarcastic lied to me and very arrogant. Handrail to room in basement broken. No lights on. 2 of lights in room didn’t work. Outside of fridge filthy. Room properly cleaned twice other times even the bucket was too much effort Poolside area never cleaned pool filthy Only good things comfy bed air con and location

No record of booking

I arrived very early hours on 8th september for a 1 week stay. Firstly they could not find my booking so my room was not available so i was found a family room for 1 night. I was able to move rooms the next day. On a good note my room was nice and was cleaned every day. The pool the terrace with the table and chairs was only cleaned once the whole time I was there. Every morning there was empty cups bottles left around the pool. Even an electric extension cable was hanging over the sun bed very close to the pool. All the staff seemed to be interested was sitting around and not wanting to do much at all apart from the lady that cleaned the rooms. I was on bed and breakfast but only had breakfast on my first morning after that i went out for breakfast. Coffee, fruit juice machine and toaster did not work. If you asked them to make you a coffee it was hit or miss if you got it within the hour. On Saturday 14th September my last day one of the managers turned up from one of the other hotels owned by the same man ( which i was lead to belive by another guest was family) well what a difference he made i had not seen the staff move so fast and work so hard. That's what was needed. It was such a shame as this hotel could be good again. More effort is needed by most of the staff members improve on your facilities put some life into the place. I would not return to this hotel unless there are big improvements.
