Awesome hotel, services, staff, food and drink are all top tier. We like to sit outside to eat as we are from Scotland and that is rarely a possibility. We always sat at the same area outside of the buffet hall and our server couldn't have been any better with us. No word of a lie, he was working so hard that he ripped the sole off of his shoe. Really need to give a special mention to the animation team. Onur, aynur, tchiko, tony and Kerde are all stars. We had our 12 year old daughter with us and it can be a trouble to get her engaged with things but the animation team had her bouncing around all day. They get to know you and make sure you feel included in every activity. We also made friends through the activities that we will keep in contact with and as a very social person this just made the holiday even better.
