Lovely little place but no breakfast and dirty kitchen

The hotel itself was not bad. We paid for Bed and Breakfast. We went to the terrace at 9.00. We hung around until 9.30. There was nobody around or any signs of breakfast. Please don't tell me that breakfast was free. It's included in the price. We went to a nearby cafe and spent £7 on breakfast, which should be refunded to me. The main door of the hotel was locked and the place in darkness with no signs of life. We left very dissappointed. We live in Turkey and travel in this area often. We would obviously never stay there again

Hotel not bad, but don't rely on breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is at the center of Kas. 1 min to bus stop and 3 mins to Uzun Carsi, harbour and main restaurants. If you have a car don’t panic. There is always a space for your car :). Fahri is the best hotel manager ever!

Cute, cozy, happy

I have now stayed twice at this hotel and have to say I will always go back. It’s a family run establishment. They provide home made jam and butter at breakfast along with other fresh and delicious food. Location is really good and quietly situated. 
Clean spacious rooms (stayed in a room for 3 previously and for 2 recently). 
Always welcoming and friendly, if you need some truthful and honest suggestions all you need to do is ask.

Feel like a local

Great location. Very clean room and bathroom. Some confusion about our room that was soon sorted and dealt with by a charming member of staff. Recommend parking on the edge of town as there is no room in the small back streets.

Short trip to Kas

Simple but spotlessly clean. Bathroom and shower we're better than in some more expensive hotels we have stayed in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was awkward as in most hotels/pensions in Kaş. Quiet location only five minutes away from the harbour. What really set it apart was the enormous and varied buffet breakfast. So much choice!

Good location

This is more a pansyion than a hotel. I whould say maybe 2 star. There is no parking! Street parking, and its allways full. Breakfast need a lot of improvement too... so..

I wouldn’t go there more..

I believe the reviews about this hotel are very optimistic, it is sometimes frustrating how a lot of people easily mark a place like this as a very good place where the reality is quite different, first of all this hotel does not have a proper reception and a person who can help the hotel costumers. terrible location and management. Friendly people but we are not evaluating friendship here, you may also experience reservation difficulties so be aware. After all if you can't find any other better alternatives and if you don't have at least some quality worries you may stay here.
