As a resort the activities to do are limited, basketball field is use as a parking, pingnpong no available, no one clean in the halls and you should complain for they do a very superficial cleaning if no ignore you, they gave us room with the floor dirty. Food is ok and the staff is friendly but very bad administration and is not enough to cover all the maintance, paviment with plants geowing. 

Bored week

At the welcome, the hotel service tried to offer lower standard room. When we refused we had to spend one night in a terrible building which is normally not offered to guests. 

Finally the next day in the evening we received a dirty room, which was never cleaned up during our 2-weeks stay, there were no fresh towels, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, it happened there was no water and the toilet didn't work. 

No wi-fi working in the hotel, average food in a dirty "restaurant", a very dirty pool. Bad looking "beach" near the hotel.

Polish TUI division rejected our claim - what they sell and offer on their website is not conform with the reality - outrageous - see you in court.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in it is filthy our room was not cleaned in whole week we were there, reception is un caring and say they will action the cleaning but do nothing then lie when you go back and ask for the room to be cleaned, the restaurant it filthy food is bland and not very much choice, the only alcoholic drinks are gin vodka red or white wine and lager  , for 3 days there was no white wine every where is filthy the grounds are un kept grass not cut weeds everywhere

Do not stay here

This “Hotel” is like hell on earth. If I could give it minus stars I would.
Do not waste a single penny on this place & LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for doing absolutely nothing about moving us. All other companies have moved people but not you.
Rather than list what is bad about this place, it’s easier to list what is good….. NOTHING!
Seriously please don’t come here, you’d have a more luxurious meal in a Mexican prison.

Worst hotel I’ve ever visited

Extremely poorly run resort, the food is terrible for choice quality and hygiene. Dinner was regularly warmed up for breakfast and lunch. The food hall is chaotic with plates and cutlery running out and tables not being cleared. Terrible smells, flies and stray cats in the main restaurant. 

There is no health and safety on site. Did not see one lifeguard the whole week I was there and I don't believe the pool was ever clean or checked. 

The whole resort was unkept and would never return. Whilst I was there I saw two different families refuse to stay and they were moved by the tour operator. Unfortunately I booked with love holiday who did absolutely nothing. Do not use them.

Do not book!!!

This hotel has really nice location and food tastes great.  Everebody who works here is kind and helpfull. Waiters here are fun and polite guys especially Ercan and Abdullah. Room for two people is modern and cozy.

Grand Sahir’s Gümüldur

This is the worst hotel that any one can stay in their life. Rooms are untidy, dirt everywhere, all duvet, pillow cases are at least two weeks old. Loose hair everywhere. Toilets are never cleaned. In one word it is terrible.

WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE

Its a nice and comfortable facility especially for families. Even the sea water is not clear, pools are compensating the level of fun. Meals are in average, drinks and beverages are satisfactory. Outside of the Hotel, theres a night-bazaar.

Our family vacation

Hotel was friendly,some staff had good english and made a great effort to converse with us.Restaurant managers were very welcoming on a daily basis.Waiting staff are very attentive to the tables but cold towards customers.Food was fine but crowd control at evening meal was chaotic......Maybe stagger evening meals to 2 sittings to  reduce excessive queuing at the hot food.Pool was great very spacious,beach side loungers could do with a bit of a cleaning along with the sand been raked to get rid of cigarette butts.Animation team did a great job with daily games and poolside entertainment,especially Luba who always had a smile.Nightime entertainment was great and family friendly from the mini disco to the after shows.All drink choices,alcoholic and otherwise was extremly limited relative to other all inclusive resorts.Information upon check in was not forthcoming regarding to meals,snacks,drinks and facilities

Good Family Hotel

Just returned from a lovely 3 week stay in a family suite with a sea view from 2 different windows. The hotel was very clean, the Turkish food varied and interesting (though included international options for my 3 fussy kids) and the staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the 2 pool options (one loud, one ‘relaxed’) and the new diving platform into the sea which was opposite the hotel. My kids loved the table tennis, the shopping options in the market behind the hotel and our interesting day trips to Izmir and Ephesus. Our one slight disappointment was that the advertised tennis court was being used as a carpark so not available. However overall we found the hotel great value for money, enjoyed the friendly and relaxed atmosphere and found the staff extremely helpful and hospitable.
