We had the most amazing week at Jiva. From arrival to leaving the week was just perfect. The space was so beautiful and well thought out so there wasn't too far to walk to anything. The food and drink was delicious with plenty of options even for a fussy toddler. We loved having something available 24/7, the choices of eateries and the mini bar being restocked. Our room was perfect, the balcony pool a little cold but usable for periods of the day. The cleaner made cute towel art much to our daughters delight. It had everything we needed including a potty when requested. The kids pool and club was the highlight of our holiday. The women at the club made our 2.5 year old daughters day every day and the space was clean and fun with a small soft play. We have already recommended the hotel to friends and family and hope to visit again another year! Thank you.
