Fabulous - will definitely be back. Room was comfortable, clean and air con was fab. Fridge re-stocked quickly and with extras of the things we were using and extra bottled water for making up bottles for our baby. Restaurants were generally all very good. We had to put our steaks back at the steak place at the front and they and back better. Baby didn’t behave in Amber so cut that short but it seemed very nice. Would have gone back to neoman if we’d been able to book it earlier in our stay as it was fab. Especially the older waiter who was just soo lovely and welcoming (I’m super annoyed I didn’t get his name!) Buffet was very good with something for everyone. Food hot and fresh too! Some truly exceptional waiting staff - Burcu and Kubra had our table ready every morning for breakfast and a high chair all set to go. They entertained our wee one as well and we’re always on hand with fresh hot coffee! Omar Farouk and Elanar in Basillica were also super lovely and took our wee one on endlessly - giving us some lovely moments of peace. Pools would benefit from more heating. Our swim up was great at the start but cooled towards end of week and not usable for the baby on the last two days. Family pool was like cold water swimming and adults only one not much better. Activity one was pleasant and so pretty busy. Baby club was absolutely amazing!! Our 9 month old hasn’t started nursery yet so was a bit apprehensive about how he’d get on but the girls and guy! were absolutely amazing with him, Emma and the gang were so lovely and I genuinely think my child still misses them! The hotel provides an amazing array of baby kit. We wanted for nothing and this was amazing and so reassuring on our first holiday abroad with a wee one.
