Great home made ice cream. Excellent friendly service. Lovely swimming. We stopped here as a part of our kayaking tour and we were most welcomed by the locals. The sea is crystal clear and people are extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to visit.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary.

Beautiful rooms and views.
Staff were very accomodating and welcoming.
The included breakfast was plentiful and the outdoor area has many different places to relax and enjoy on the waters edge. Free kayaks to use to paddle around the ruins.

Beautiful spot on the water

We had an amazing time in Teras Paradise. We found peace! Really the place could be paradise. 

What makes this place even better is the friendly staff, Batu, Zuhra, Gulbahar, Mehmet and Hassan.. they took us into their family and made sure we were having good time. It was all peaceful, everything was all so easy .

The village itself is not safe for kids. It doesn’t have an environment where they run or play. However the sea is calm, not deep which makes it ideal for kids.

Great sea, great food, great staff, good price

If I could rate this higher than 5/5 I would have to give it a 7. Unbelievable experience here, with the most incredible family. Fatih, Hasan, and Emime gave me more than an immaculate place to stay, with the most amazing view, and the best food I've had in Turkey. They literally made me feel like I was part of their family. I can't thank you guys enough for this experience. I've travelled around the world, and this is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. The room was pristine, with ancient Lycian rocks imbedded in the walls, and the most breath taking view of the sea. Kalekoy is a definite must see in Turkey, and this pansyion makes the experience that much better. The fisherman's plate was some of the most delicious sea food I've ever eaten. Thank you so much for this experience guys!! I will definitely be coming back in the future, and bringing my family here ❤

Most incredible place I've stayed in Turkey

Good food and excellent service. I definitely recommend this family run lovely little place for a nice dinner with seaview. The family running it is extremely sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately we had already booked another place for the night, otherwise we would have stayed here. I'd love to come back, I'm back in the area. 

Lovely dinner

Hassan and his family were incredibly nice, place very tasteful and comfortable, two steps from the sea.
Delicious big breakfast with homemade specialities. The village is also worth a visit in addition to the amazing lycian Castel with an astonishing view. 

Fantastic place and people

We had a wonderful stay. I went there with a girlfriend. They have rooms with French beds and in the same room a single bed. Welcome was very warm by the owners. Our room was very comfortable with 3 beds and a bathroom with shower. The bathrooms was decorated like you are in a cave. Very natural and clean. Towels are available. Bedroom very comfortable with authentic kilims on the floor and hanging on the wall. Our room had a view on the sea. Gorgeous view. Direct access to their own beach. You can walk through the water to some islands around. Their restaurant offers fresh fish, very tasty pizza. I especially liked the "Balikci Tabagi" (fishermen's plate). We actually planned to stay there 1 night, but it was so relaxing so we stayed 3 nights. Thank you for the service. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Wonderful stay

We have just left the Teras Paradise after 6 wonderful days. It was lovely to stay in a family run business and we felt at home instantly. I chose to stay here after tracing google maps around the coast of Turkey, looking for the most uninhabited and beautiful places to stay. The beauty and history of this place has not gone unnoticed however as it is a bustling tourist hub during the day between about 11am and 2pm, with boat trips arriving frequently but tranquil and peaceful at the beginning and end of the day. Because of its daytime popularity, there are several places to eat close by. However, the food was so delicious at Teras Paradise that we didn't eat anywhere else. Fatih, who predominantly deals with the guests, was an instant friend and incredibly attentive host. Our two rooms were simple, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. 
We barely saw our children as they spent all their time in the kayak spotting sea turtles and exploring the small Islands out the front of the guesthouse. The sea is incredibly safe and calm and we were able to sit on the verandah and watch them pottering around for hours. We had an amazing day on Captain Hassan's boat where we explored the sunken city and stopped at beautiful bays for snorkelling and swimming. He cooked an incredible lunch and we even had left overs for dinner. 
If we can get together enough money to return to Turkey, we will stay here for longer! 


Favourite place in Turkey

Have stayed on Simena many times. This is the first year that the Teras Paradise has been open for accommodation. I cannot recommend this Pansiyon enough. An excellent location with clean and decent sized rooms. The breakfasts are immense as you will see in the pictures i have uploaded. The owners are great and offer you tea all the time! Lovely place and owners..feel free to ask any questions you have.

Wonderful location 

Very basic bed and breakfast with only 4 rooms and a restaurant. The owners and the keeper/server were very friendly helpful. The room was clean but bathroom was smelly and dusty when we arrived. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned for months. I had to clean myself because I didn't want to use it dirty and didn'tknow when someone would be able to clean it. Not exactly the thing you want to do on your vacation. Its a family establishment and the wife wears a lot of hats including cleaning and repairs.  Also, the shower head kept coming out every time we used it. The second day, the water stopped going upto shower. The wife was able to fix it quickly when we asked. However,  it seemed that this wasn't the first time this problem happened and instead of a complete repair or replacement of shower faucet, they were band aiding with quick fixes until it breaks for the next customer again. Sometimes the water went cold in the bathroom. This is common in hotels using sun heated water and wasn't a big problem in July but maybe inconvenience in cooler weather. Location, food and service was fantastic.
