269 reviewsThis hotel is amazing everything is 10 out of 10 food, cleanliness, staff, animation but if you’re like me and want to get to know new people then it’s not for you as everyone speaks German as it’s a German hotel. I think this year they are introducing more countries to join but we were the only British family there and although we felt welcome by the staff and animation, the guest did not speak to us the whole two weeks we were there. Thank god for the animation team, bar staff and restaurant staff or we wouldn’t have spoke to anyone. Just keep this in mind if you decide to book hopefully as time goes on there will be more British and other nationalities there. I don’t regret booking as we had an amazing time and the food was out of this world, as were the staff. So if you keep yourself to yourselves then don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Novem Garden Side for the memories 🫶
