Please this is just to remind anyone, read the reviews they are true, please do not give this hotel your money. It is basic, food terrible all inclusive bar a joke, staff rude
Your rooms will only be cleaned once a week and if your lucky they will use clean sheets. The kitchens are a risk to your health - see other travelers pictures

Just a reminder

The view from the hotel out over the bay is the best and only good thing I can say about this hotel. 
There is no information about the incredibly steep hill to be climbed to get out of the hotel and it is in no way disabled friendly. 
The staff were generally unfriendly and only spoke to us to tap their tip box.
For an all inclusive hotel the food selection was dire - everything was cold and recycled from meal to meal to meal. I don't know anyone that goes on holiday to eat chips, broccoli and veg (all cold) for breakfast or stewed kidneys and barley for dinner. The very basic drink selection ran out numerous times during our stay.
Hotel was advertised as having nightly entertainment, disco, Turkish Spa & sauna, none of which existed. Which when we complained we were told we would need to go to another hotel at the top of the hill via rotten steps for entertainment. When we did tackle the steps and got to the top one night we were made to feel unwelcome by the very rude staff there. 
Room was only cleaned twice during stay and we had to constantly ask for basics like toilet roll and towels. The bar area was disgusting and we witnessed staff filling the water bottles from the tap to use in the water machine.
To top of the holiday we found out 5 days into our holiday that the hotel was closing before the end of our stay and that we were to be moved - this information was given to us by another guest who had overheard it in a bar, not by anyone from the hotel management as would be expected.

Bad Bad Bad

Last day at this hotel and have never been more happier to leave this hell hole! Have been disgusted with the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this hotel! The place itself is very rundown in major need of a lot of repair, the pool areas very dangerous with broken over flow grates surrounding the pool with the actual water being very murkey and not clean. The food is very poor and left overs are used for the following meal seating and not hot at all! Me and my boyfriend have both heard of 2 other people getting bad food poisoning which by looking at the state of the kitchen we can tell why! We have had to eat out every meal time which is not acceptable. The rooms are very very basic and dirty with finger nails left by the bed on the floor, also noticed wires coming from not one but 2 light fittings in the room including the bathroom and also a broken shower head that flooded the bathroom each time being used! The so called "shelf sized balcony" had no bolts attaching the railings to the wall, a big hazard for people with children! Have stayed in 3* accommodations before and are not fussy people but keeping a hotel safe and clean is not much to ask for!

Awful Hotel

I'm here now and can hand on heart say this is a run down , deficient hotel that does not even serve milk a basic I think for tea or coffee . Filthy rooms that are falling apart as is the whole hotel . Location at the bottom of a massive hill and when I say massive - I go to the gym and find it a struggle ! We are making the best of a poo booking and even eating out , with restaurant staff laughing at where we are staying - who the fook serves peas and cauliflower for breakfast ? This lot from last nights dinner ! Been talking to one chap leaving today ( Tuesday ) who got food poisoning from the poor hygiene here ! Book at your own peril ! Cheap is not always good !  As for the private beach 😳 rubbish everywhere ! A health hazard - if we were with our son I would have moved

Can't believe there are no bad reviews on here.
Rooms nothing like photo, small and the balcony is a shelf. Arred at 8.40, nothing left of food, had to eat out. No white wine available. Staff uninterested and unfriendly.
Breakfast no better, why would I want chips, cauliflower and peas for breakfast. No toast. Asked staff for knife and fork, they just said NO !!!!
All inclusive bar very basic no cocktails
If you are booked here try and change it, if you are not booked DONT.
Seeing rep today to try and change hotels, it is bad beyond believe.
