Vincci Nozha Beach

Visited as a family of 3 with 15yr old son. On arrival we were quickly given drinks and our bands to use the facilities while we waited for our check in at 2. Check in then was a little slow as the reception lady had realised our room number wasn't correct. We were shown to our room and given instructions on how to work the safe. The room was clean and modern, had a fridge with water as expected. Aircon wasn't working but when reported it was fixed within 15 minutes. The staff here each and every one are always happy to help. Some of the maintenance and cleaning staff do speak limited English but reception will help with translation if you need them. Food really isn't bad at all, beach bbq at lunch is really nice but does get very busy. Dinner at the buffet as with all inclusive everywhere can feel repetitive but always a new dish to try. The Tuinsian station was beautiful. Breakfast was fine but if your British don't expect a full English. Can't comment of the ala carte as we forgot to book and it must be 48hrs in advance. pool areas, bars resteraunts all kept clean at all times. Entertainment was varied, water aerobics was great fun and is combined with foam party on saturday. everyday at the pool someone will come tell you whats on that day and for the evening ahead. Was nice to see the hotel putting in effort for the Euros while we were there. There was only 1 problem I found which although is not the hotels fault, I feel it could be managed better. Reserving sunbeds! You will not find a sunbed after 8am, they are sometimes clearly reserved for the whole week. I did have to play the game and was going at around 6.30am to reserve to be sure to find parasol. Staff will bring spare beds together for you if you ask them to find some but when at full capacity it's difficult. saying that you will get a bed on the beach.
