We have stayed here many times to be near to visit family who live nearby. The owners and their children are very welcoming at this resort that they have built. The accommodation is in detached bungalows which overlook the pool in the centre. The rooms have air conditioning and a simple bathroom and patio. I am writing this review sat by the pool and I have it to myself. The environment and trees make it feel very tropical even though it is just off the main I4 road. The food menu is completely Thai - but they can do an American style breakfast. For less than 1000 baht a night for the room who can complain! Note - the property is listed as Ranong but it is actually over one hour south from the city- in a town called Kham Puan in the Suksamran district. 90 minutes drive north of Khao Lak.
