Loved this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is free coffee and toast in the mornings. The bungalows are basic, but clean and the WiFi is good. You are out of the town here so be prepared for nocturnal noises around your cabin, but it's nothing that will keep you awake. Ended up extending our stay here as it was so relaxed. There is a sitting area and hammock on the verandas and the views over the fields to the mountains are beautiful. The location is also great, about a ten minute slow walk from town and far enough to escape the noise. Would definitely stay here again. 

Good budget bungalows

I loved this place so much that instead of staying for a few nights, I extended my Thai visa and ended up staying here for a few weeks. The bungalows are clean and excellent value - I had a private bathroom and a sweet porch with a hammock, table, and chairs. I loved rocking in my hammock and gazing at the beautiful mountains. The location is great - a short walk to the walking street, but quiet at night so easy to sleep.  There is free wifi, bread, bananas, water, coffee, and tea, which is great so you can enjoy breakfast on your porch or at the picnic tables looking at the mountains.

This is a good place to stay when you need some quiet after the noise and action in town. The view is great and the facilities are more than satisfactory. Stay 2 nights or more to just soak in the ambience.

Great view

This room was clean, except for the ants on the floor. My kids kept smashing them with their shoes.  There was a crack in the doorway, probably from the building settling over time. Let me say the bed was hard like a board and i didn't sleep well at all. We were only here for the night.

Good view of mountain

We came here due to being moved when our paid for online hotel was overbooked. Basically it was a hut with a bathroom. Nice lawn and some huts have mountain views. Close to town. Wifi worked fine, complimentary bread/jam and bananas in the morning. No bottled water, but there is a water jug. Mosquito net over the bed. 

The main negative for me was the roach that was crawling on my bed in the evening. Freaked me out. Probably attracted by the straw mat that was laid out on the floor. And having a cold shower when it's already freezing cold outside. I let it run and it just wouldn't stay warm. 

We paid 720 baht online and u can get it for 500 baht walk up. I would just look elsewhere. There are places nearby that provide bottled water and hand soap and extra toilet paper. Aka canary for one.
