Nice location when the clouds are not in the valley. Rooms old fashioned poor quality of finish and no sound insulation so you can hear everything from next door and from below. Very over priced for what you get. Positives are Tesla charging.

Old, tired and over priced

Beautiful accommodations! Third floor B building view was amazing. The food here is impeccable! Breakfast buffet had everything for everyone’s different taste. And the on-site dinning was very very good and the service was perfect! Thank you for the attention to detail and taking care of us while we stayed.

Nice

Been to Taiwan twice, this is so far the worse ever accommodation for my Taiwan trips. 
Read a lot of good reviews about the farm. However upon arrival we just didn’t feel welcome at all despite the good view at the main deck area. 
We were given a room at block D which is 5 mins drive away from the main block. This is very inconvenient despite the shuttle service was fast and the drivers are generally polite and friendly. Upon check in we were left alone with our luggage at block D which no luggage assistance to our room. My husband had to carry the luggage up to first floor (no lift) while I entertained my 5 years old son.
Room was a let down too as it was small with no balcony. The design of the tiny toilet too a bit silly as I had problems bathing my son in the bathtub with a big glass stopping me from reaching the shower head. Bathroom door can not lock. The room looks old and sad.
Breakfast was a real joke. My husband and son only ate toast with scramble eggs as they couldn’t find anything else to eat. We had dinner at the farm on our first night there. Ordered a very steamboat, a kid’s meal and a meat dish & 5 beers (twd90/glass) dinner bill came up to TWD2420 which we find it’s a rip off. Dinner quality pls see pictures and judge it yourself. Steamboat was serve with frozen beef😖
In short, this place is expensive with lousy room and low service standards/ low value for money. With almost sgd500/2 nights, u can do much better somewhere else!!!!

Worse ever minsu

Lodging is about a 3.5 star hotel. Hotel is situated on higher ground (especially Blks A and B) so it offers lovely views. That's a big plus for this accommodation. 

The downside is that there're no lifts so accessibility with luggage can be an issue. Staff was not very friendly as well and did not offer to help with luggage during check out. 

Breakfast was provided but it could extend till 10am for late risers. Breakfast was briskly cleared at 9.30am. 

Might stay again as it's very clean, and Cingjing seems to lack reasonably priced good accommodation.

Clean and simple lodging

I needed to add one more bed to the room. After I made the request at check-in. I am required to pay NTD1200 immediately. Then we had dinner at the restaurant, I also need to pay for dinner immediately. So it is quite rare for a place where we can’t put bills on tap and pay at check-out.  The added bed, isn’t exactly a bed with frame per se, but a thin mat on the floor with blankets and pillow.

The hotel rooms are scatter around the area.  There are few blocks within the compound.  You need to call the main line so that they will arrange van to pick you up to the dinning area or send you back to your block after meal.

The room is spacious and come with bath tub.  The scenery is marvelous.   Our room is located at level 3, the highest level and come with a big clear glass.  Once you look out was the down hill/mountain scene.  Very beautiful.

The dinner come with a selection of main course and buffet counter.  The food was great.  

TV  channels was fantastic.  Too many channels to choose from.

A very cooling area and great place to stay over.  However, you will feel bore if stay more than 2 night as there is no activities within and around the accommodation area.

Very nice scene

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Though the room is old but well maintained. The room has a balcony overlooking the mountains. For meals, you will need to call the front desk for the shuttle service as if is located higher up in the mountain. Service staff are generally good and friendly. We also had the chance to enjoy afternoon tea at the hotel and enjoy the sunset. How nice can that be! However , one let down of this hotel is the walls are thin and you can hear people talking outside the room clearly. Overall a good experience if you want to escape from the hustle of city life, recharge yourself. 

Great getaway place for peace and serenity

Amazing view

The property is on a hill side, consisting of 4-separate buildings, the main building has great view of the valley and lake nearby.  Just amazing breathtaking view.  Although there was an outdoor sitting area, but we did not use it due to lots aerial insects. It is a short drive away from the Qingjing Farm, and other restaurants close-by.

Our room was located on the 2nd floor of the main building, the room size is good, with access to the balcony.  However the bed was not very comfortable and  sheets were a bit damp; the bathroom was a bit aged and didn't feel very clean, and free shampoo and shower gel was just bad smell, should have brought our own.  The breakfast did offer some variety, but nothing spectacular. 

The staff were quite cold and not very welcoming; not much help was offered to us, not much conversation altogether!  It felt like they dont want to be there themselves.  Overall satisfactory stay, praises to the view but nothing great to tell about.
