Stayed here 4 nights over the New Year. From arrival onwards nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Even when we changed rooms to get a balcony it was 'no problem'. Saas Grund has limited activities but Saas Fee which is much bigger is only 3.5 km away. So we were fine moving around by car. Room was very clean and modern with good space for us including our small dog. The restaurant was pretty busy with a mixture of tourists and locals. Had a great New years 6 course dinner. Nice layout with a bar in the middle surrounded by the tables and a pizza oven. No complains at all.... Nice stay in a friendly helpful hotel. Recommened.
