75 reviewsThe hotel is lovely, and the views from the rooms are amazing - but the thing that really makes this place is the staff. We particularly appreciated Axel, for whom nothing was too much effort (organising for some things to be purchased for us in a town 20 mins away and delivered to our room, in one case lending us an item of his own when we needed it, even coming in on his day off to help with our departure). Also the barman Alex who was great to chat to, and made excellent drinks (and had the rare approach of listening to how you wanted your drinks and then making them that way rather than the "official" recipe), and the restaurant manager Quentin, who on top of being very accommodating in finding ways for the kitchen to provide us food that was not on the menu, also gave us a lift in the village when we really needed it . Such a great team, thanks for helping us so much during our stay!
