We had a truly relaxing stay here in the Hotel Hirschen, which included the modern sauna with its straw cots to cool down on, the open-air Jacuzzi, then a formodable dinner. Breakfast consisted of local produce including fresh farn eggs an a variety of local cheeses. The personnel was attentive and very friendly. All in all great. The night was completely silent, peaceful. Just the mattresses could have been a bit softer.

Relaxing stay to reload our human cells

Unfortunately, the fine food was poisoned by the stack of empty bottles outside our window in the backyard, and the staff only shouldered their responses to our complaint.

Hotel: very generous room, great flair. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant: fine food, nice staff. Early reservation often required as well visited. Top address for good food and nice overnight stay

Very satisfied

Great host with excellent cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the culinary traditionally historical emmental combined with modern cuisine. The food, as well as the desserts, were delicious and to our liking.

Birthday party

Service very poorly inattentive the ordered items were only partially served or not at all despite demand. Food I would consider good. But for me too much shi shi on the plate.

Dinner

The food was good and plentiful, the sauce tasted like a finished sauce. The room was small but clean and old. Unfortunately, the room could not be darkened at night.

Good location

It's a beautiful house in the middle of Langnau, with tradition. Very nice service, very good kitchen, extensive wine list. Good price/performance ratio.

Tradition very well carried on

For the first time the positive: the kitchen (dinner) is really good and the staff friendly. Now to the negative: we had the family room. uff; really crunch. For chf 250.00 we did not have a nasal cell calculated according to picture. the breakfast buffet is clear and good. the breakfast is from 07:00 to 10:00.

Eat well. The room and bathed a toast.

I was just a restaurant guest at the beautifully landscaped garden restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Even the chef took the time to greet the guests. I enjoyed the delicious leg ham as a starter, the beef steak was great afterwards.

Even in a well-groomed setting, good Swiss cuisine is offered here.

We decided on the hotel very spontaneously, we were warmly welcomed and stayed in a well-equipped and very clean room with shower and bath. The kitchen is excellent, the service is professional. The sallatsauce is a poem. The atmosphere is familiar and there is even a cute house cat.
