Location is great for both beach. Local Spar to stock up. The nightlife etc . If you are not as able to walk up relatively steep roads to get back to your room then it could be an issue.  But most apartments are uphill away from the main road. It can't really be avoided. The accommodation, staff cleanliness and amenities are all there for you. I'd stay here again. 

Just right

I don’t know why I didn’t review this earlier as I stayed last November… but it’s definitely worthy of a review.
These well kept apartments around a good sized pool are a perfect and peaceful haven away from any noise, yet ideally located a five minute walk from the seafront/promenade, and a ten minute walk from the old town/harbour.
The complex is the ideal size to offer peace, quiet and privacy, but have enough units to be able to enjoy a sociable chat with other guests if you want to.
As it’s a while ago, I can’t remember the name of the host at reception but she was so helpful with our check-in, check-out and local advice. 
I’d definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Tidy well kept apartments in perfect setting and location.

This is my fifth occasion to stay in these apartments. This particular trip had been postponed twice due to covid so it was third time lucky for my daughter and I. We felt very safe and secure in this lovely private complex.. there are only maybe 16 apartments in the complex and it was very quiet while we were there. The location is super… 5 mins walk downhill from the beach and a Spar supermarket just 2 mins away. The second Spar supermarket is closed and we found stocks were limited in the other one compared to previous stays. Puerto Del Carmen was very quiet which we welcomed but most of our favourite restaurants were opened.  You will not be disappointed by the selection of restaurants. The apartment was spotless as was the whole complex. It is a gated locked complex which is very reassuring. As no one was checking into our apartment on the day of departure we were allowed stay in apartment til we left for the airport. This allowed us to make the most of our last day. I highly recommend these apartments and most definitely will return!

Repeat visit !

The accommodation was reasonable, pool was good.  The problem with the villa is that you are unable to use more than two/three electrical items without the power going off.  For example if you had the hob on and put on the oven the power dropped off, without the distribution board showing any fault.  If you had the lights on, the water heater for the outdoor pool would drop the power off.  Despite contacting the holiday company to complain the issue was not addressed.  During our 10 night stay we did not receive any housekeeping, fresh towels, bedding etc.  Fortunately the villa had a washing machine which we could use, providing no other electrical circuit was in use.  Not value for the money paid.

These apartments are superb.  An oasis of peace and quiet in a busy town.  Nothing too much trouble for the staff.  Apartments immaculate, cleaned 3 times a week, clean towels 3 times a week and bedding once a week.  Pool is cleaned every morning, nobody fighting over sun beds.  Just a relaxing place.

this small complex with 8 caneary blocks holding one upstairs appartmeny and 1 downstairs so approx 20 people only on site at any time, 5 min walk from main strip up hill i might say but some bars and food outlets on the way.

Winter 2019

My wife and I stayed here for a week in November, this having been our 2nd visit to Lanzarote. My wife had made the booking through Booking.com. All pretty straightforward. The holiday was meant to be with friends, however family circumstances intervened and they had to cancel.

Esther, my wife's POC, proved to be helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable.
The apartment was well appointed, clean and very comfortable.
1 bedroom, bathroom and shower, a small well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge covered the accommodation. There is a small veranda overlooking the pool but what really sold it for me was the fact there was no bar or restaurant on site, therefore the complex was quiet and relaxing. The main street, with its bars, shops and restaurants  was a 5 min walk away. All in all I would certainly recommend Las Palmeras Apartments.

This was my third time to stay in these beautiful apartments. This time I visited with my friend and we stayed in apartment 5.  As usual Esther and her team had everything spotless. Basic apartments with everything you might need, kettle, washing up liquid, dishclothes, fan, coffee maker, lots of towels. Small complex about 100 m back from beach. Lovely quiet pool area. Not really suitable for children as no kiddie pool.  Only 16 apartments. Reception open from 10 to 1 pm. You can swop books at reception and purchase large bottles of water for €1.On our last day, when we went to check out Esther said our apartment was not booked so we could keep it until we departed. As we had a 9 pm flight, this gesture was really appreciated. It meant another day on the beach and then we could have a shower. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

3rd time to Esther’s apartments,did not expect there to be building going on midway in to our holiday, it was very annoying 9-till 5, Esther did apologise for this explaining it was beyond-her control as the apartment was a private one, and offered us extra discount for our next time,it did make us think about it, as we looked around the room we had we thought it was in need of some updating as the kitchen looked well worn and in need of change, the internet still very slow and no itv or bbc 1 good to have on a rainy day as for a change the weather wasn’t that good very cool at night and strong wind during the day up to 25mph,all that said it’s still one of the better places to stay and more than likely we will be back, thanks for your hospitality Esther, take care, John & Lesley 

Time to relax 

Stayed here for 5 days in these excellent apartments.Nothing could be faulted ideal for 2 people.They were clean private and very quiet.No noise at all Well secured at all times and the lady who saw to us was very polite and welcoming.One draw back is its a bit hilly
