Firstly this is a 2 star hotel not a 5 star, I think the people who rate it so badly seem to forget this. Stayed 4 nights with my wife my mother in law & her friend, I requested them a low room via email & they obliged room C02, we we're in A10 a one bedroom apartment, spacious, clean & good shower. It was up a few steps but it's what I expected. Only complaint with the room was the bed which I found uncomfortable. Jesus on check in was polite, friendly & got us sorted very quickly. The food was good, some days better than others, we always found something to eat but as agreed with other peoples comments sometimes we found some of it a little cold. All the bar staff we're really nice & polite they also worked very hard, special mention to Andrea who worked the day shift & Andreas (I think) who worked the nights they are a credit to you. It was coming to the end of the season but the animation team still tried to entertain people & get them involved but we're never pushey. All in all for 2 star hotel we loved it we had a perfect 4 night stay & I will be looking again for next October to see if I can get a good bargain get away just like this one. Thanks for a wonderful stay and hopefully see you all again next year.
