12 reviewsWe stayed in the studio apartment in the loft and our children (14 & 20) stayed in the one bed flat on the first floor (it has a single bed in the galleria room and a double room). There is a two bed flat on the ground floor but we didn't see in that one. Carlos the owner is exceptionally helpful and has enough English for us to communicate satisfactory with our basic Spanish on hand! He recommend days out, places to visit and the best eateries in Cangas de Onis which is just a few minutes up the road by car (about 4km so also walkable (really good footpath the whole way). The activity centres at Ariondas are about 3km the other direction and also provided with a good footpath the whole way. The reception area is stocked with lots of leaflets and maps, this is also the best place to get WiFi reception. (WiFi isn't very good in the loft but OK in the first floor flat.) Lots of steps though as is on the hillside so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. Two rural bars/restaurants in the village and a river based activity centre which also has mini golf.
