Funky Granada

A quirky little hostel in the best spot in Granada. While our room was a little older and not recently appointed by any means - it was roomy, comfortable and with everything we could need - including a little kitchenette (no cooking utensils or equipment supplied). Lu-Lu at reception was a delight and extremely helpful in setting us up with directions and recommendations. While we didn't access many of the hostel share-facilities (the fact that every drink: coke, OJ, beer, wine, whatever comes with a free tapa in Granada means you'll do most of your eating out!!!) everything seemed handy and easily accessible. We HIGHLY recommend the free walking tour with Nick - we couldn't find him listed here on TripAdvisor separately but, his tour is a must. While he also runs paid tours which we heard were great, his walking tour was informative, hilariously funny and captured a huge amount of the fascinating city of Granada. You'll see his daily tour advertised at reception and Lu-Lu also recommended him. Parking is available on-site at €10/24hrs and if the space isn't available, Funky Granda has an arrangement for the same price at a local garage.
