This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and nice. If you like a lot of space in a room then you may need to consider upgrading, however for us (a couple), a double standard room was all we needed. We were in room 538 top floor, our view was the road at the front of the hotel which was fine for us as we don’t really go on the balcony but if you want a better view then request it at the time of booking. Reception area is beautiful and clean, evening entertainment is quite good with different duos on different nights. We had breakfast included which had everything you would expect i.e full hot breakfast, fruits, breads, hams, cheeses, cereal, yoghurt etc, lots of choices. Special thanks to Isobel on reception she managed to get us our room 1 hour earlier when checking in. She was always very helpful whenever you asked her a question, really lovely and helpful lady. All the staff were very nice, nothing was too much trouble, they were all helpful. Special thanks to Isaac the bar man, he was extra nice and cheerful with all visitors, he always went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy. This location is fantastic, everything is on your doorstep, the beach, shops, restaurants etc. it’s easy to get to Palma city centre only €2 one way on the bus. Fantastic last minute short break and the price was great too. I can’t wait to come here again 😁
