The Korean staff was very attentive and very friendly.  The rooms have been modernized and were well appointed. Free wifi and water with every room.  The rest of the building needs a little updating but the atmosphere is quaint and most rooms have a great view of the ocean. Great value!

Comfortable rooms

We have been staying at the Beach House for 6 nights. It is a very lovely place with all rooms have sea views. The elderly lady who is charge of the place is very helpful and lovely but speaks only Korean. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was very modern. Both have been very clean too. As mentioned in comments below the places is very remote. There has been 2 restaurants of which only one was open, a cafe and a convenience store nearby. Towards the tourist area it is about 4 km but there is also a scenic coastal walk to a smaller town which is about 2 -3 km. The smaller town has ATMs and plenty of restaurants. The way is even lit during the night with beautiful coloured lights on the road. Unfortunately the pool has been filled with water when we were visiting as it was too early in the year.

Peaceful place with a fantastic host

Located at just a stone's throw from the Nonjitmul beach, this property offers spacious and comfortable rooms. 
We arrived late in the evening and had to call to ask someone to come and check us in. The old lady was very helpful and friendly and with our limited Korean, explained us everything there was to know about our room and the surroundings of the property, in a couple of minutes. She even guided us to the only restaurant opened at that time, so we could grab a late dinner. 
Our room was on the ground floor. It was spacious and comfortable, with all the usual amenities one can expect in Korea, and with a view of the sea.
The property has also a small swimming-pool.
