During our stay at the Grand Jasná Hotel, we had the privilege of meeting the receptionist Miroslav, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He greeted us upon arrival with a sincere smile and a professional approach that immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Miroslav willingly provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel, services and options in the area. He was prompt, empathetic and always tried to find the best solution for every question or request. His knowledge of the local area and recommendations for activities in the Tatras were invaluable. We would like to express our great satisfaction and gratitude for the wonderful, funny and very pleasant approach of the bartenders – Milan, Marek and Stanko.The whole team seemed extremely professional, and their willingness and positive attitude made every moment more pleasant for us. We would like to especially highlight Marek, who willingly helped us with a non-standard request – to get ordinary matches. He showed great willingness and commitment when he made the effort and personally brought them to our room. This expression of care and attention is something we will remember for a long time.
