Value for money! We stayed for about 10 nights and returned for an additional night after our trip to Madinah. Housekeeping staff, specially on the 23rd floor (room 12335) were extremely kind and checked in on us several times to ensure we are comfortable. Miss Samah and Mr. Al-Matrafi from the management team went above and beyond to ensure that we are well taken care off. Miss Samah specifically who checked in on us multiple times and really went out of her way - I feel like that is what hospitality is about. The hotel itself is good, value for money. The busses are reliable even though it is quite a bit of a walk from the station to the Haram. I believe it's also due to the construction. Despite that, would I recommend the Al Kiswah Towers? Most definitely!
