Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Documents upon check-in: a passport for an adult, for a child under 14 years old - a birth certificate. Written consent of the parents (legal representatives) of a child under 18 in free form, if the child is not traveling with parents or legal representatives. For foreign citizens - documents required in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation and the requirements of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (differs for citizens of different countries). It is recommended to take with you for all guests a compulsory health insurance policy or insurance.

Children are accepted from any age. Discounts are available: children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge with meals, a baby cot is provided free of charge only on prior request (subject to availability). It is possible to accommodate a child up to 3 years without providing a seat. Children under 12 years old on the main place are accommodated with a 20% discount.

On the extra bed:

children under 12 years old - free of charge (one child per room) with meals;

children from 12 years old and adults - with a 30% discount from the cost of the main place.

Please note that free accommodation in an extra bed is possible for two children in a room only if the age of one child is up to 12 years old, the other - up to 3 years old (without a place). Accommodation of other children in an extra bed up to 12 years old is paid at a 30% discount from the cost of an adult main bed.

Check-in from 12:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is allowed only in a strictly designated area.
