The only balcony in the building overlooks the Blagoveschenskiy drawbridge and many attractions — from the Winter Palace to the port. Nearby: the famous St. Andrew's Market food court, as well as many other restaurants and shops.

At guests' disposal there are: a double floating king size bed, a double bed, a double sofa bed, a single sofa, a folding armchair. Equipped kitchen-dining room. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer-dryer, coffee machine, Lavazza capsule coffee is provided free of charge. An oven, a microwave oven, a blender, a slow cooker, a bathtub, towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, a hairdryer are also available. There is a cot, a high chair, books, games, baby bathrobes, protection on the windows, the ability to safely leave the stroller downstairs.
