Guests must contact the hotel before 06:00 PM on the day of arrival or the booking will be cancelled. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Reception open hours are 08:00 AM-11:00 PM. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not possible. The reception is located at ulitsa Bolshaya Tulskaya 2, Moscow.
