According to our rules of accommodation, only registered guests can stay in the apartment. We also have a ban on parties, smoking and noise.
When making a reservation, the guests confirm their agreement with these rules.
You knowingly violated our rules of accommodation, as in fact there were not 2, but 4 guests.
You did not want to pay extra, so additional guests staying payment was deducted from your deposit.
Our apartments are carefully checked before the arrival of the guests.
We have given you everything in good condition. You didn't complain about anything. After your departure, property damage was discovered - the sofa was broken.
We leave all hygiene products and towels specified in the ad according to the number of guests.
Also on the website there is information about the need to pay a deposit and for cleaning before arrival. You could not transfer the payment to us within 2 hours. This is exactly what caused the delay in check-in.
